    @J_Oz yes, indeed. Knew someone who also took ACS this year from DLSU also BS ECE. Though I am not sure if he had failed subjects but he also got deducted 4 years. We have the same SOL which is 261313 - Software Engineer.

    @lemonsweater no. Kelangan iassess sya uli. Kasi ibang company e. Yung iba ang question e kung same company pwede na bang di ipareassess. Answer ng iba is yes. Pero yung diff company, ACS should assess if its related to your nominated occupation. :)

    @lemonsweater I believe, yes another bayad nanaman :). Kung sobrang need mo yong additional points na yon e much better kung ipa-assess kung tataas yong EOI points mo. pero kung wala naman na masyado e siguro pwedeng hindi na. Ask natin yong mga seniors kung ano sa tingin nila.

    May I ask kung may naka-experiece na ng problem with the requirement to see the schools official seal on your Transcript of records? While scanning mine, I noticed that the dry seal is not visible. May advise po ba kayo on how to properly scan it?

    @fatcharlie in my case, ang labo ng dryseal saken.. halos di kita. Pero hindi naman nagkaproblem. yung dryseal kasi sa UST, literal na embossed seal na may small pirma lang ng registrar.

    Hi, I'd like to seek your advice. I'm currently consolidating my documents for ACS Skills Assessment. I graduated BSIE (Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering) from Mapua, and have 4 years Business/Systems Analyst experience, and 2 years Project Management experience. I'm also a PMP (Project Management Professional) credential holder.

    What are my chances of getting a positive (suitable) result with ACS? Would you recommend the nominated occupation of Business/Systems Analyst? Or Project Manager instead?

    Yung visa na na-grant sayo is Subclass 190, meaning may nag-sponsor na company sayo upon visa application palang?

    I'm worried kasi IE ang course ko, which may not be closely related to these nominated occupations. And nabasa ko dito na babawasan nila ang number of years of experience mo if ever. And paano mo malalaman if Section 1 or Section 2 school ang Mapua?

    Since hindi related yung course mo sa IT, You need to apply for VETASSESS for your education to be credited on Education points.

    as for your work experience, you need to go through the RPL route which will have at least 6 years deduction to your experience

    What are my chances of getting a positive (suitable) result with ACS? Would you recommend the nominated occupation of Business/Systems Analyst? Or Project Manager instead?

    Yung visa na na-grant sayo is Subclass 190, meaning may nag-sponsor na company sayo upon visa application palang?

    I'm worried kasi IE ang course ko, which may not be closely related to these nominated occupations. And nabasa ko dito na babawasan nila ang number of years of experience mo if ever. And paano mo malalaman if Section 1 or Section 2 school ang Mapua?

    BA or Systems analyst po mas advisable, or any other occupations na nasa Schedule 1 SOL (See http://www.immi.gov.au/Work/Pages/skilled-occupations-lists/sol.aspx) lalo n ngayon na mejo mahirp at limited ung slots for state sponsorship.

    @J_Oz.. boss anu po course mo sa MIT? ano din NO mo sa ACS? :) balak ko sa dec o january pa assess para sakto 10 yrs... sana minimal lang yung ibawas sa experience...

    @baknir BS CS and course ko. and my NO is Developer Programmer. My suggestion is to submit your assessment as early as now habang mabilis pa yong processing. sa 2 years na ibabawas sayo more than 5years pa rin yon which is equivalent to 10 points parin, pakicorrect na lang kung mali.

    2 years pala nabawas sakin, bale 4+ lang ang suitable ko kasi technically June 2015 pa ako mag 7 years(Total yrs of exp) or 5(as per ACS)....
