  @alona_g1 yup pde mo i-lodge pero you won't be able to get points for SS (State Sponsorship).. Kelangan kase at the time na magllodge ka, meron ka na nung mga evidences for the points you're claiming.

  I know someone who lodged his visa application while waiting for his IELTS result, and got refused dahil hindi present yung IELTS result at the time of lodging the application. So no, don't risk it.
