    Eto yung stage marami kang naiisip. Meron ba sa inyo nag submit ng Form 1023? Meron kasi akong minor mali na date sa mga residences dun sa application. Pero di sya affecting points. Sana naman di madelay dahil dun.

    marami rin akong mga mali sa eVisa ko
    -wrong start date of employment wherein sa EOI i put the start date as 01/01/2007
    then sa eVisa is 01/05/2007 (5 days difference)
    -wrong upload of documents sa category, imbes na sa overseas employment, nalagay ko sa australian employment.
    meron din yung naupload ko sa passport yung birth cert ng child ko
    wrong file naming ng mga docs, daming may spaces sa filename

    I know i should have submit form 1023 pero i just leave it as is and just wait for my CO to comment on those mistakes. pero i still got the direct grant. i think kung di naman
    mababawasan points mo or hindi naman subject to fraud yun ok lang
    pero kung ayaw mo magisip its better to submit that form

    For my wife's case, the NBI certificate has family name (when she was single), middle name (when she was single), husband's surname - I had no issue with my CO. Do you have the same NBI cert? I do not think it is an issue as long as you have supporting document behind it... marriage cert, birth certificate, palagay ko lang..
