489 Restriction to Cancel

  Hi mga ka Forum ask ko lang po kung may nakagawa na dito na pa cancel ang 2 years restriction na mag stay lang sa state na nag sponsor sa inyo? Pa advice naman kung pano nagawa base po ako sa NT and Visa 489 ako state sponsorship thanks

  la pa ko nababasa n nag cancel ng 2 yrs restriction for 489 pero sa 176/190 meron at pinayagan nman cla ng state. Tanong n lang po kayo s NT territory if pwede and make sure na its documented. Ingat lang po kayo as 489 holders since may na deport n British couple dahil ndi daw nila nasunod ung requirements ng 475 (equivalent ng 489 ngayon) they only found out during the time na nag apply na cla ng PR visa nila.

  @happyinmelbourne34 oo nga po kaya tanong tanong muna dito para cgurado pro another question kailangan ba natin mag report sa states upon arrival? Like sakin sa NT do I need to inform na nandito na ako? Tnx

  @ janucruz 175 po ung visa ko noon kaya wala nman restriction sa states...pero ndi po ba naka indicate sa grant letter kung need mag report sa state?

  @happyinmelbourne34 nakalagay sa visa need to stay for 2 years sa NT and ang problem yung mga emil ko sa yahoo nawala lahat ng pagbukas ko

  @janucruz, hello. you need to inform your sponsoring state on your arrival para mag activate na yung 2 years residency requirement mo. You need to give them the address kung san ka nag stay, in our case, we submitted the tenancy contract and you also need to fill up some form.
  
  with regards to the release, you can try perhaps pero yung lilipatan mo dapat is regional areas din. there is no way that 489 visa holders can stay outside the regional areas. pwede ka humingi ng release siguro sa sponsoring state mo but make sure na yung lilipatan mo is included pa din dun sa post codes required in the visa condition clause.
