hello magandang hapon po sa inyong lahat! tanong ko lang sana dun sa mga nagsubmit ng financial documents kelangan po ba ipakita ung past 3 months ng bank statement or kahit ung current/latest bank statement lang?

@czams sa ngayon puro initial interview palang ako sa mga agencies. waiting pa raw sila ng job orders from employers kaya niline up palang ako. last november pa ko nagaaply pero until now wala pa ring mga job offer na available.

@lolacarlota hi po, nagaaply pla ikaw ng agency for work sa au, sorry mali ako ng term na nagamit, hindi po sila agency, migration consultant po.
Bale medu mahirap po makahanap ng work na direct po from Au, kaya ang ginagawa po ng karamihan pati po ako is magapply ng Visa sa au para makapunta don tapos don nalang maghahanap ng work.

@czams mahal kasi fees sa migration agent. yung napag inquireran ko almost 400k. puro skilled workers pa opening ng mga agencies. sobrang bihira for professionals hayy

@TinerBebi Last Dec pa po ako naglodge ng application sa NT pero binigyan ako ng acknowledgement last Jan 5, tapos sabe 6 weeks daw processing nila. So hanggang Feb pa ang aking paghiintay

@lolacarlota pwede po hindi kayo kumuha ng migration consultant, para di malaki gagastusin nu. Kayo lang po mag-apply ng Visa.

@lolacarlota: Yes mahal nga pag kumuha ng consultant; yung mga malaki na company will ask 120-200k php. Yung sa amin 20k lang though but took us about 1.5yrs for it to happen.

ANZmigration ang agent namin -- AUmigrate name nya dati.
To be honest I don't recommend them if you are in a hurry. medyo mabagal sila kumilos kahit on time ako sa pag-submit ng documents. medyo mas mura lng kasi sila compared to others dito sa SG kaya sila kinuha namin. alam ko na rin from other friends na mabagal sila pero ok lng dahil we are not actually in a hurry. you just have to push them.

As for the 489 question. We actually applied for 190 initially but was invited for 489 instead.
I think medyo mahirap ang 190 sa NT after reading other forums. Sa tingin ko they only grant 190's if you have strong family ties there.

Kinuha na rin namin 489 dahil wala naman kami choice hehehe. sarado na kasi ibang states sa occupation ko. and besides, madali namang mag-appy ng PR after 2 years.

Hello! My partner and I are planning to submit our SS application form as soon as we get his Vetassess result. Question lang po regarding the requirements, aside from the application form, may bukod pa talaga na essay for the "Commitment to the NT"? Medyo nalilito lang ako sa mga written requirements. Parang pa ulit-ulit kasi. Complete na rin naman kami sa ibang documents, just waiting for the assessment.

@czams Ok, bale yung "evidence that the applicant has undertaken intensive research into living and working in the NT that demonstrates you have a realistic knowledge of the environment you are planning on migrating to including climate, relocation costs, living expenses" included na yun sa application form diba?
Pasensya na, nakaka-praning baka may kulangin pa kami sa requirements. Parang sa NT nga lang maraming requirements, yung kakilala ko na nag-apply sa SA, wala na silang mga essay. Parang sa DIBP na sila hiningan ng proof of financial capacity, etc.

you have to understand that NT has the smallest population in all state/territory in Australia, with only 250,000 people. with that number, you have to expect na konti rin companies. kaya sila humihingi ng essay para malaman nila na alam mo pinapasok mo. like for example sa rent mataas compared sa ibang state. sa climate, maaliwalas at malamig during dry season. sa wet season nman, very humid at mainit kapag nde umuulan. paglabas mo sa shower may pawis ka na. pero ganun pa man maganda pa rin sa NT, very laid back ang pamumuhay. walang trapik. everything is very accessible. don't worry, maraming trabaho basta wag lang muna mamimili. importante maka survive.

bago lang po ako dito i recently come across sa website na ito.
i wish all a good and a blessed tgif.
Applying as Archi Draft 312111
13 Nov 2014 submitted my vetassess
27 Nov 2014 acknowledgement receipt
so far waiting lang po ako ng result and ielts schedule on 14 March 2015.

Expecting po result ng end Feb 15 or 1st Week March 2015; hoping for a positive result.

May question po ako
for NT SS
1. magkano po ang show money or savings; is it 20k aud?
2. working po ako sa Singapore; need ko po ng nbi and police clearance from singapore?
3. any other requirement po maready ko for EOI submission?

ang agency ko po by the way is AIMS, i think okey sila esp sa mga cpa kasi may kakilala ako na less than 1 year nasa au na and sa sydney pa.

pero kaso sa field ko parang ang hirap po kasi as arch draftman, hopefully pumasa. Marerecommend ko sila sana ibang agent ung maghandle sainyo kasi ung naghandle sakin bago lang so madalas tatanungin ko pa lagi bago sya mag action.

hay nahirapan po ako makakuha ng coe na pang arch draftman ahha hindi lang kasi un ang trabaho ko mahirap irisk ang work sa sg at mahirap ang pass.
