Once the visa SC 190 is granted, there is a thing called initial entry date requirement. The main applicant has to step into Australia first before the secondary applicants. This means that your husband cannot go in before you. What you can do, travel together for the initial entry requirement, mauna ka umuwi, tas maiwan na ung husband mo. Or travel together, lahat kayo uwi muna then balik si husband mo alone pwede din un. As long as nacomply nio na ung initial entry requirement kahit sino na sa inyo ng husband mo magbyahe to Australia wala ng problem.

Some would require that the primary has to step in first (or together with dependents) or some naman, walang condition kailangan.

now that you mentioned, i realised that there really isnt any visa condition in the visa grant letter. but i remember hearing or reading about this somewhere. let me verify and get back to you kung san. thanks mate. ;-)

one more question po... say 4yrs pwede ung makuha kong visa, and then my dependent, sumunod after 1 yr... db po 4yrs required for citizenship sa AU? Does that mean ako pwede ng maging citizen? While my dependent kailangan bumalik pa ulit/apply for another visa?

Based on DIBP website:

If condition 8502 is attached to your visa you must not enter Australia before the person specified has entered Australia.

if there are no visa conditions specified on your visa grant then any of your dependents can enter Australia before you.

5 years ang standard na binibigay na PR visa validity..

To answer your question, no need nang bumalik sa pinas ng dependent mo kung mag-expire na yung PR visa nyo, he can stay indefinitely in Australia as a PR...

After the PR visa validity, kapag lalabas sya ng Oz, need nya mag-apply ng Return Resident Visa, until such time na na-meet nyo na yung residency requirement and applied for Citizenship..

Are you applying for provisional visa or PR? For PR, if your dependants enter Australia on the last year of your visa, they can stay in Australia as long as they want as the visa is required only for re-entry. So if any of your dependants would be travelling out of Australia while the visa is expired, they would need to apply for renewal of PR or citizenship.

i dotn think it would affect your application. points claimed are upon ITA.

What are the chances of reopening of the sales representative pharmaceuticals in other states? Lagi ba south australia at canberra nag oopen? And mag oopen pa kaya ulit ang south australia as currently -special conditions apply sya and sa canberra naman closed na. I am waiting for the vetasses result, currently in progress status. unfortunately we can never guarantee kung magreopen sia uli, this would depend on each state's future planning level. hopefully be 1st of july when the new regulation is out, mag reopen uli sila.

I received my ACS assessment na po..

1. Bachelor degree - major in computing
2. Skilled experience will start to be considered after February 2007 onwards.
a. Company A (Aug 2004-Dec 2009) = 5 yrs and 4 months
b. Company B (Dec 2009-Dec 2014) = 5yrs.

although current ang employment ko po sa Company B, iniligay ko po kasi sa assessment na yung "End Date" ay Dec 2014 as per the date of my COE letter to comply with ACS instruction na kelangan may "end date" yung current employment pag pina assess

So kapos po ako ng 3 months to claim 8 yrs (in March 2015).

By March or april 2015 ay kukuha po ulit ako ng COE kay company B, with the same content of my work details having the "latest date of the letter only"

My questions are:

1. ko pa po ba mag pa re-assess ulit sa ACS para sa additional 3 months na employment period na madagdag sa company B ko by march or april 2015?

2. or proceed na sa submission ng EOI having to upload the latest certified COE "in latest letter date" from company B na makukuha ko?

hi good day. bago lang po ako dito. pagpasensyahan nyo na po kung madaming tanong. we're planning to migrate to AU. and im on the planning/researching stage.

my mga questions/dillema lang po ako sana po matulungan nyo ko...

here goes. when i checked the reqts, under general skilled migration... dapat maka 65 points, tama ba? ang plan namin kasi mauuna si hubby for 1-2 years and then susunod kami ni daughter. si hubby kasi 2 yr course ng computer technology ang natapos. ang current work nya is encoder/courier sa transport and logistics (parang all around on site person) for about 3 yrs. ako naman, i finished BS ECE, and i work as an IT helpdesk analyst for roughly 5 yrs. feeling ko mas pasok ako na primary applicant.

sya sana ang mauuna kasi nothing to lose sya sa current work nya ngayon. if kailanganin nya ng funds pag nauna sya dun, makakapag padala ako sa kanya. if ako ang mauuna dun, at wala pa akong maging work right away, baka hndi kaya ng sweldo nya mag isa yung mga gastusin sa bahay plus mag sschool na yung daughter namin.

if ako ba ang mag aapply as primary.. kelangan pa din nya makapasa dun sa 65 points? also. if ako ang primary, pede ba sya ang mauna doon?

mejo hindi ko rin makita kung saan yung skills nya sa SOL at sa CSOL. yung sakin din IT helpdesk analyst.. hindi ko alam kung meron sa SOL or sa CSOL. under ba sya ng systems analyst?

tapos yung payment po ba ng application, right away pag nag apply ka? so pag nadeny ka, bye bye na sa application fee (150k)? or magbabayad lang po if nareach nyo na yung certain stage na sure na kayo na maaapprove?

any reasons po na madedeny ang visa? if hindi kami pasok sa 189 SI, pede kaya kami sa 489 Skilled regional? Eligible relative ba ang tito? He's from Blacktown. (cousin ng mom ko na ninong din namin sa kasal). Pero d ko makita yung blacktown sa designated area. Relative lang ba talaga pede magsponsor? di pede friend? Mas mababa po ba ang reqts for 489 Skilled regional visa?

mag aapply ka po ba muna bago mag exam sa IELTS? or IELTS muna?

@ImB try mo apply using Skillselect, after you've been invited may link doon na "Apply" then kung may ImmiAccount kana na nagawa dati.. automatic ire-redirect ka nya doon..

I dont know kung paano sila nag-llink pero sa case ko dati, nauna creation ng ImmiAccount ko before Skillselect.. then automatic ako na-redirect sa Application sa ImmiAccount then nilagay ko na details ko

point number 2 is correct, no need for reassessmemt. Btw, u hv to make 2 entries for company A. 1 from 2004 to feb 2007 then. From 2007 to 2009.

Page 15 "Previous countries of residence" kung ang usual country of residence ko eh UAE/Dubai, ang ilalagay ko dito eh Philippines right? Tapos ang date na ilalagay ko eh since pinanganak ako up to magpunta ko ng Dubai?
