@islaman Midway Apartments at Kurralta Park charges $455/week, one BR, fully furnished inclusive of utilities. Dating po namin end of Feb at naka-book na po kami doon. Full payment of the entire stay upon check-in. Expensive po siya compared sa ibang apartments pero cheaper than staying at a hotel habang naghahanap ng mas mura at permanent na apartment. No need to show docs or proof of income etc. $100 deposit to secure the booking dates. Check niyo po website nila http://midwayapartments.com.au Convenient location dahil katabi lang ng Coles/Kmart/ANZ bank. Hope this helps.

me, wife and 7yo old son kami. expecting about 2~2.5K AUD expenses per month base sa mga inputs dito sa forum.

@brixx89 Grade 1 ngayon panganay ko pero di ko na pinatapos kasi aalis na din kami. So pagdating sa Oz, I aasess siya kung anong year level niya. So wala ding guarantee kung anong natapos niya ditto kasi iba ang system nila. Balak ko siya ipasok sa William Light R-12 school sa Plympton. Public pero maganda ang background niya at hindi siya zoned school. Meron ding Plympton primary school. Balitaan ko kayo kung saan school tanggapin anak ko pagdating namin doon. Next month na din pala aalis ninyo. Kami last 2 weeks sa Pinas. Mixed emotions grabe!

Hi Pinoyau peeps,

Baka meron po kayong alam na room for rent or house share na pwede kaming 3 (hubby, me and 1 y/o baby girl). Nov pa kami nakapagpareserve thru homestay.com then just now bigla nag-cancel yung host Hindi na raw available yung room. She said sorry since naoverlooked nya raw ung booking ko. May relatives ata syang nasa house nila at nagdecide magstay for a longer period of time. Wala tuloy kaming sure na matutuluyan eh feb 22 na ang lapag namin.

Pa-help naman po.

worst case scenario na wala kayong mahanap in time, medyo mura compared sa mga hotel / serviced apartments but for temporary accommodation lang muna - www.airbnb.com

@rareking yes, i've been trying to look din sa site na yan pero same system lang din naman sila ng homestay.com so siguro mahirap alisin sa aming magasawa yung baka maulit ung same scenario.

however, we need to have faith pa rin and trust.

Ayoko na rin namang makipagtalo dun sa former host namin since wala ring mangyayari. it's their house afterall.
