@wizardofOz walang problema yun sir... yung katropa ko after IED bumalik sya mga 1wk before bago mag expire visa nya. pero yun nga, nung nag apply na sya ng citzenship, nirequire sya ng panibagong NBI clearance.

medyo weird. he applied for Au PR pero after initial entry, outside Au lang siya for almost 4 years. any impact nito sa citizenship application nya po?

Good day! I hope may maka answer. Next year pwdi na akong mag apply for citizenship been in au for 4 years na by then i only go home for holidays (in a year i go home mga 3x..salamat cebu pacific!) hahahaha! Yung family ko p.r.na rin since and in and out lng sila in au kasi hubby has work sa pinas so nasa kanya ung kids. D pa kasi ma ewan ung work eh.
We know si hubby hindi mag qualify for citizenship next yr kasi hindi sya naka stay in au for a year. But for the kids... Age 6 and 8... Can i include them in my application for citizenship kahit wala sila in au like in a year sometimes they come mga 2x if school holiday sa pinas to visit me.
What do they look for sa citizenship application?
Binasa ko ung sa immigration and sa understanding ko if below 18 y.o. Pwdi ko sla ma inclue kasi dependents ko sila. Would like to know if may input kayo with regards to this situation. Thanks!

yes from what I know, sinama ko kasi sa application yung anak ko pero inde nya na satisfy yung 2 year residency ( 2 years lang ang requirement noon )

    Google for Everything !!!

? So ok lng isama sa application? Thank you sa input!
Currently, 1 year in au lng as pr yung residency requirement prior to eligibility.
Yan kasi main concern ko if the kids who are in pinas can also get citizenship. I know on my own i can satisfy whatever requirement that would be asked. If pwdi naman ma include yung mga kids mas mabuti if not then as early as now dapat nandito na sila pero ang hirap kasi full time ako working and 2 school age kids will not be easy in au on my own.

you can do that, but I believe there are complications.

    2. They cannot use their PH passport when entering Oz again, since they are already Oz citizen.
    3. Pero wala silang Oz passport.
    4. You can apply for Australian passport for them but again I don't know how hard or easy it would be.

    Ito sabi sa nasusulat, basa...

People trying to enter Australia as an Australian citizen but without an Australian passport face difficulties and delays. The Australian Passport Office provides more information.

    http://www.citizenship.gov.au/current/travel/

Then apply dual tapos balik Pinas.

    Goodluck.

Thanks sa mga input. Ok noted. i will figure out paano ung passport kung anuman i think we can manage a month or 2 here in au while waiting for passport or decision. Basta importante masama ko sila sa application. Salamat uli!;)

Yes, its kind of pushing-out your eligibility to apply for citizenship..

Pero the way I see it is more of, you are losing your "benefit" of still being able to enter/exit multiple times (should not exceed more than 12 months cumulative) without needing an RRV, while satisfying the residency requirement of the citizenship application...

After ng PR visa expiration, sa loob ng 4 years that you are satisfying the residency requirement, need pa ng RRV kung lalabas ng Oz..
