@forevern4always Hi sis.. I'm still waiting for my visa to grant.. Mag 7 months na app ko this 7th of March.. Is there any possibility na magrant na next month kaya??? Hay.. pinakamahirap gawin ang mag antay

I've been there sis, kabado n nga ako nun nung mag 6 months na. Lagi Lang ako nag u update dito sa site. Oo maggrant yan sis, Lagi ko sinasabi "no news means good news" kaya hold on ka lng jan. Pa rating n yan.

@forevern4always Sorry sis but i ddnt get it, when do we receive the letter or notice about PR? One month before the 309 eligibility date? Im just confused when u mentioned 309 lodging..

The eligibility date is when you lodge your 309 or temporary spouse. 2 years kz yun bago k makapag apply ng permanent spouse visa. If fiancé ang apply mo, you need to get married first then apply k nman ng 820 temporary spouse. Dito sa Australia pag temporary spouse ang visa subclass eh 820, pag sa pinas naman 309. So di pa counted yung fiancé mo. Makikita mo sa timeline ko yung ibig ko sabihin. January 17, 2013 nung nag apply kmi ng 309, then immi sent me letter for PR application one month before the two years finish, December 2014.

Hi @nutmeg709, 309 k rin pla nakita ko lng now yung timeline ko. Yeah two years wait mo from the date when you applied your visa December 2014 k pla ng lodge so before december 2016 immi will send you the notice for PR. But for now wag mo muna isiping yung PR para di k Ma confused, second stage n kz yung sa aken kya siguro na confused ka, sorry. But I try to be in touch dito sa site para ma update ang lahat. Lately humaba na ang processing ng visa during our times 6-9 months lng.... Now ginawa nilang 9-12 months na

@joy_j hi there. Wala naman ni require na certificate of singleness from my husband. Ako lang ang pinag submit ng certificate from NSO. If u have other questions at alam ko naman ang sagot ay happy ako to answer. :-)

@joy_j wala ako na submit na money transfer or any proof na nagpapadala sya ng pera saakin. Not even joint bank accounts or properties. Wala din naman hiningi sa akin. Lodge mo na yan para maumpisahan na. Pag may kailangan naman silang documents ay email ka nila. God bless! :-)

@joy_j Hi..my hubby made the payment in aus cause its cheaper even i lodged my 309 here in rp vfs..he filled in form 1440 den emailed it to [email protected] next day we got the receipt and confirmation of the payment which i attached with my applic..its really easy

I'm already here in Sydney as PR since 18Feb2015. I lodged my Skilled visa June2009 pa pero Oct2014 lang na grant. I got married Mar 2010 and we had a son mAr2012. Umandar lang yun visa ko ulit starting Jan2014.
Nun pina update sa kin ng CO yun records ko, my mistake was dko tnag as migrating dependent yun asawa ko. So I need to file a separate visa application for him. The good thing out of this naman, automatic na nakasama sa visa grant yun anak namin. So yun sa kanya na lang intindihin ko.

I'll back read this thread for tips and guidelines.

@jacdang hello friend... tapos ko na nalodge application ko, pati ung sponsor form online tapos na din and na upload ko na documents. ung application by sponsor nakasulat "Submitted" tpos ung as applicant, nakalagay "in progess". ano ibig sabihin nun? and ano next step? thank you very much

@joy_j tapos nb ma fill-upan ung applicant's form til don sa payment part? wherein hihingin credit card details? if done na yun, iveverify lng ng system for a few minutes then magiging submitted na rin status.. mag-aapear na ung lodgement date..if done na lahat to, in progress tlga status up until ma-assign sa case officer..

Hi! kung nasa Sydney na kayo, ang best way para makasama mo agad ang partner mo is thru 820 visa (onshore partner/spouse visa application) eto yung route na pinili namin. Nag entry si hubby as tourist and luckily wala naman no further stay condition ang visitor visa niya so, nakapag lodge kami while he's here and may bridging visa siya which allows him to work/study here while waiting for his visa grant. Mas pinili namin to at least magkasama na agad. Hindi ko siya naisama sa PR ko kasi d pa naman kami kasal that time na mag apply ako and hindi din kami de facto. Ang catch lang significantly more expensive ang onshore visa application. You can check the website for the exorbitant fee as of 1 Jan 2015.

@poinsettia9 hello sis. i hope you are feeling better. nabasa ko kasi na online ka din nag lodge. kahapon ako nag lodge ng application ko. ask ko lang when ka binigyan ng HAP ID for medicals? and request for NSO? through email ba? may nakaready na kasi ako money for medicals so as soon as possible sana mag pa medical na ako. Thanks in advance!

hi @joy_j yes if a CO will b assigned to u, he/she will provide u ur App Id, File Number etc...just want to manage ur expectation friend..even if u complete all the necessary docs/medicals required and submit them asap, it doesnt guarantee fast approval...the COs follow a standard processing time w/c in my case is 6-9mos...and mine is granted at exactly 8th mo..and now it's longer..

@joy_j actually yung hubby ko yung applicant. Sandali lang nabigyan na siya ng HAP ID. Aug 3 kami nag lodge, August 9 meron na siya. Magre reflect yun sa immiaccount niya under dun sa 'Health check' part. Basta iki click mo lang yun.
