Hi @say05 Just want to ask you regarding the tourist visa application you lodge before? Curious lang ako ... yun nagapply ka ng tousist visa

1. Gumawa ba yung spouse mo ng letter of invitation? .
2. Yung spouse mo ba that time is already a permanent residence/citizen ?
3. Meron na ba kayong kids that time and kasama ba sila sa application.
4. that time na nag apply ka ng tourist visa di pa kayo nag lodge ng partner visa?

Was just surprise that a tourist visa denied with a partner already a permanent residence

@arsky hello i'll share you mine. I applied for a tourist visa before I applied for partner visa dati. It was approved naman. Though meron akong no further stay condition so kelangan ko bumalik to apply for partner visa.

Nung time na yun engaged palang ang status ko nun pero sa time of travel ko married na ko (ex. January ako nagapply, February ang wedding, March yung travel ko).

Ang status ng husband ko nung time na yun eh work visa lang (he got his permanent residence pagkabalik niya sa australia after ng wedding namin) and yes nagbigay siya letter of invite

So noong nagapply ka your still engaged to your husband who is still on a work visa.

Have other question

I have somewhat read sa prevoius message mo na you dont have work during that time correct me if i am wrong.

Did you show a bank statement/credit card to show na your financially capable of funding yourself during your stay or yung husband mo na lang nagpakita ng bank statement/pay slip/credit card/ accomodation ?

Hope to hear from you again ... Im in a process of applying a tourist visa for my fiance

@arsky yeah soon to be married palang nung time na yun and correct!wala nga akong work nun haha!oh by the way tinawagan ako ng case officer handling my tourist visa application that time so meron akong phone interview

Anyways yep nagpakita ako ng bank statements. Hiningan ko din yata ang husband ko nun. Sa letter of invite niya nilagay niya ata na he would provide accommodation and other expenses sa pagstay ko sa australia

@muffles127 ok ... hope you dont mind me asking magkano naman laman ng bank statements and does the money there shows the history of how it is accumalated.

Just thinking kung pwede yung kaka open lang na account tapos instant may fund na .... I was also thinking if you can get away with not having a bank statement and yung nag invite na lang magpakita ng financial capability. Wala nga work sa pinas eh ....

@arsky oops si hubby ata ang nagprovide ng bank statement. Bank certificate ang niprovide ko so naka state lang dun yung ending balance ng account. Sorry hindi ko na maalala kung how much pero baka around 400-600k yung nasa bank certificate ko.

Anyways pwede naman yun na hindi ka na magbigay as long na maprovide mo yung financial capability ng magiinvite sayo eh sa pagkakatanda ko okay na yun. Siguro kung ganun gagawin mo aside from the invite letter ipagawa mo din ng statutory declaration si partner mo na covered niya expenses mo sa pagtravel mo

@arsky hello po sorry for the late response po, nauna po yung visit visa namin application last feb 2014, wla dw po kong significant ties here s pinas, no biz, no work and nsa 70k lng po laman ng bank acct ko non, ksama ko po s application ang baby namin which is 1y6months that time, yes nagprovide po ng invitation asawa ko, which is employed sa woolies as second in charge, provided payslips, and small lng din po ang money sa acct nya that time, nagprovide din po ng stat dec stating n bblik din kmi dto, same with our 2nd application ang dinagdag lng po ung stat dec ng father ko na im still living with them. kso gnon p din po no significant ties in the philippines. baka po tlgang may ibang plans. May CO na po kmi now si Ms. Jenny and tumawag po xa for bridal checks and preggy pics and hospital bills po. Hopefully after non mga ilang months nlng at visa grant n ung isusunod nyang ittwag.

Hi @say05 oh well hopefully your application be granted soon as well ... can't believe how immigration are making it tough now sa mga Filipino applicants ... Its the result ng mga ibang kababayan natin na nag overstay illegally / did not abide the immigration law sa Australia.

Anyway thanks for the info .. strict pala talaga sila sa condition about showing evidence na babalik ka ng Philippines even husband mo na yung ivivisit mo

@nutmeg709 Hello po sis, I asked them throug email last week if they alrdy rcvd the add'l docs they'd requested and ang sb po there are no outstanding docs needed from me and the ms. jenny will contact me if a decision is forthcoming and if nsa final stages na. hoping next month of april may grant notice na. Praying and hoping.

@joy_j hi..yup online ako nag.apply for my aussie hubby's cenomar..you can get cenomar for your husband even if he's aussie, it will show history or records if he's been married or not in the philippines

@nutmeg709 yup. nsa DFA sa ngayon. ang tagal ng processing from DFA to NSO. iba yata ang requirement kapag duon kinasal. so dito kayo kinasal? kinuhanan din ba sya certificate of singleness from australia?

@joy_j Sa RP kami kinasal and yeah we submitted for him CENOMAR from NSO and Legal Capacity to Marry from aus consul..we have not register the marriage yet in oz, will do it when i get there if my tv will be granted soon, hopefully, been waiting for the grant since feb 5 lodging..

D n ko makacall to clarify n nndto nmn kmi the whole time and waiting lang. Nagemail nlng ako and hoping for a fast response. [-O<

@joyful si J.M po baka mdmi xang hawak n case and nagkamixed up so nagemail po ako right away and nagexplain ako na gnun nga nndto nmn kmi. Kung maaga ko lang nabasa sumagot cgro xa agad kc before nsgot dn xa within the day esp pg impt tlga. Wait nlng ako sis worried lang ako kc bka magkadelays p dhl dun. bka matabunan nnmn ung application nmin.

@Jessam how far n nga po kyo sis? Tawagan nyo po an patawagn nyo po sa hubby nyo sis pra may action sila pde nyo po ask sino CO nyo at they'll tell u kung how far n kyo kasi si sis lauramae gnun ang gnawa ng hubby nya. Thank u po sis!
