Yung mga inupload nio po ba na requirements after kau mkreceive ng Invitation to Apply (ITA), hiningi pa nila yung mga hard copy ng original? Or scanned copies lng ng Certified True Copy ng docs yung isusubmit online?

Wala akong mhanap sa website nila n nkalagay yung expiry ng police / NBI clearance, meron bang nkalagay sa letter nio?

Sa New Zealand kse 3 months lng validity ng police clearance.

Re po sa AIMS assessment result, ganyan din po nakalagay sa akin..

Yan nga po yung dilemma ko. Kasi nag pa assess ako sa AIMS as Med Lab Technician, ang experience ko pa lang is 2 years 8 months.. Pero currently working ako and 3 years na po ang experience ko.. Eh db need po sa skillselect at least 3 years...

Tanung na din po sa mga na grant na po yung VISA:

Sa result po as Med Lab Scientist may nakalagay pa din po ba dun assessment re work experience? Inupload niyo din po ba yung sa Med Lab Technician kasama nung MLS?
So if ever nakalagay sa MLT Assessment ko is yun nga po na less than 3 years, ang proof ko na lang is COE from my present employer, tama po ba? Hindi na necessary na mag submit ulit ako ng work experience sa AIMS para ma-amend yung work experience ko?

Binalikan ko ung letter nila.. sa first paragraph ganon din pala ang nakalagay sa akin "more than 3 years of experience" parang halos lahat ganon.. mron po ba sa inyo na nakalagay sa first paragraph na "more than 5 years of experience" or "more than 8 years of experience"

Try mo email ang AIMS @rjohndeguzman.. ask mo kung kelangan nila i-adjust ung experience sa case mo.. masyado kse mahigpit sa details ang immigration.. baka sumabit ka pa dahil dun.. pagbabasehan nila yang assessment e..

The standard response for any applicant with more than three years of
experience is, "...with more than three years' experience." regardless of
how many years of experience they have.

Regarding naman sa NBI at mga Police Clearance.. ngbasa ako sa ibang thread.. usually pala kumukuha sila ng NBI at Police Clearance abroad, 5 weeks after ma-lodge yung visa.. yung Purpose ng kukunin na NBI Clearance dapat "Visa Australia". Mas maiksi yata ang expiry ng ganitong clearance, sabi nung iba 1 month.. di ko lang sure kung tama ba un..

Siguro unahin na lang muna natin yung mga documents na walang expiry..

Yung Certificate of Employment pala kailangan ng Roles and Responsibility. Lahat ng Certificate of Employment ko wala..

hindi kasama sa standard format ng COE ng company. ia-accept kaya yun?

Hi all. Ang tagal ko hindi nakapasyal dito sa forums. Dami na natin medtek dito! I will try to answer some of the questions.

Yep. Standard ang "more than 3 years experience" from AIMS. Pag apply nyo ng visa dun mo kelangan ma prove yung years of experience mo para ma claim mo yung points.

About the name, I have only one given name kase. Everytime they ask for given name, yung first name ko lang nilalagay ko. When they ask for middle name, dun ko lang nilagay surname ng mother ko.

Yung medical/NBI dun i be base ang IED (initial entry date). In my case, bago ako umalis ng Pinas ng apply na ako ng NBI which is yun din sinubmit ko. Kaya nung lumabas na yung PR visa, ang IED ng mga kids ko (which we left muna sa Pinas) is one year after nung NBI. Kung ano sooner sa NBI or medical dun nila i base. Ang nakalagay na purpose is "Visa australia" if I remember correctly. Sa wife ko nakalagay is "Migration Australia" yata. Di ko na exactly matandaan but the bottom line is kahit ano nakalagay, it doesn't matter. Na grant naman kami.

Yung COE na ginamit ko dati is kasama duties and responsibilities. I am not sure kung pwede wala. If you can ask your superior, you type the certificate and print it in company letterhead then papirma mo na lang. Thats what I did. Yung sa akin nga kasama pati number of hours per week and salary (which exactly coincides with my yearly ITRs). Medyo OC pero I can't help it, the future of my children are at stake e. hehehe. I am not saying you do the same, pero if you can do it, it will be rock solid.

Anyway, most of what I said is in this forum. I have learned a lot sa forum na to. Beats 5 MARA agents combined. hehehe. Just back read lang kids. Hope this post helps.

ang alam ko hindi na klngn ng state sponsorhip ng MLS ksi visa 189 ang pede pra dun. Pg state sponsorhip visa 190 po.

@John_gil9, sa ngaun hindi pa tayo pwede mag-apply ng State Sponsorship for MLS. Made-deny tau pag nag-apply tau ngaun. At the time of Invitation kse dapat hawak mo na yung result ng MLS assessment. Lalabas pa yun sa 1st or 2nd week of May after ng release ng result ng exam natin. Very particular ang immigration sa dates.

Sa ngaun MLT pa lang ang pwede natin i-apply. Ang MLT, South Australia ang usually ngbubukas pero under 'Special Conditions' na ang status ng MLT ngaun. Sa July 2015 pa marerefresh yung quota.

Pero kung MLS na ang assessment natin, try mo muna ang Visa 189, para pwede ka mag-apply kahit saan. Sa Visa 190 kse kelangan mo mag-stay ng 2 years sa State na ng-sponsor sau.

Sa mga na-approve na ung visa, ano pong points ang na-claim nio sa BS natin? 10 or 15 points?

Sa ibang thread kse dun sa mga Engineers, 15 points kinuha nila sa BS nila.. tau ba pwede din mgclaim ng 15 points sa BS natin or hindi kse MLT lang equivalent nung atin at hindi MLS?

I am new to this forum and I have few questions reguarding the aims assesment.I am a MLS
(ASCP), I completed my B.S in Medical Technology May 2014 and currently working at a hospital in USA. I am planning to move to australia july 2015 in a spouse visa. Is it true that you need to have a 2 years work experience inorder to be assess by AIMS. I did a 1 year of internship at the same hospital and I am currently working as a tech. Does 1 year of internship count?. Please let me know. THANK YOU.

@smaharja hi...based on my own understanding, (if)2 years of working experience is needed in order to be assessed by AIMS,internship will not be counted coz it is under our curriculum as student and will not be counted as work. Certificate of employment is one of the requirements of AIMS that would prove that you have met that minimum working experience.Internship will not be reflected on your COE as this was included in your transcript of records from your school.

Hi there guys! Just got an invitation for visa 489, and I have a few questions

. Do all documents need to be notarized? And last year I have already notarized some docs for AIMS, is it still valid or do I need to notarize it again? Thank you!
