    @MSS HI there! actually nag submit ako ng EOI nung Nov. pa last year. Sabi nila matagal
    daw talaga ang invitation ng 489 - family sponsored ako. Thank God nakakuha din ng invite. As scientist na ako kasi tapos na ako sa exams ng last yr Sept

    July 2013 - Submitted EOI 60 pts
    Dec 2013 - submitted application for AIMS exam
    March 2014 - AIMS exam
    May 13 2014 - successful AIMS result (Lab scientist)
    May 13 2014 - updated EOI to Medical Laboratory Scientist
    May 19 2014 - applied for NBI clearance
    May 26 2014 - invitation to lodge 189
    May 26-Jun 5 - gathered all necessary documents

    Hello po.. Dito po ako sa Philippines. Bagong RMT lang po ako, nung March lang po ako pumasa ng boards. Gusto ko po sana mag apply sa AIMS pero hindi ko po maintindihan yung process... Natatakot ako kasi po di po ako sure sa mga dapat lakarin.. tsaka ang mahal po kasi ng exam... Pero alam ko pong kailangan may 2 years experience pa bago matanggap. Kung okay lang po sana pwede po bang paki-enumerate po yung mga dapat gawin before and after examination... balak ko po sana mag exam sa September... please guide me po... wala po akong kakilala na magte-take ng AIMS sa batch ko.. kayo lang po pag asa kong matanungan :( Salamat po...

    @Jojo_Bustillos hi...first of all, ang alam ko bago ka maka take ng exam sa september is dpat ma assess ka muna ng aims...one of the requirements ay dpat meron kang at least 2 yrs of experience, then you will be initially assessed as medical technician, tpos you will be invited to take the exam. After you've passed the said exam, then it will be updated into medical scientist na. ....but before you proceed pala sa assessment, you should take ielts muna.

    Welcome sa forums! I understand your concern, kung tatawag ang AIMS to verify the authenticity of your employment, so far hindi ako naka encounter ng ganun background check. And besides, you will be sending them certified true copies or notarized copies ng qualifications mo, they will most likely call the notary public if yan ang meron diyan sa Middle East kung talagang they claim they saw your original documents. Again this is only my personal opinion po :) And you are applying for "skills assessment" hindi nman siya job offer kaya yung reason na ayaw ng Ministry eh I think is valid kung job offer talaga siya.     @bhelle_mt02 its actually up to you, pwede naman if you find it easy to just leave a certain job na wala sa linya mo then go for it. Ako kasi nahihiya ako magresign unless ayaw ko na talaga. So nagtyaga nalang ako. Kasi sa manila nastuck ako sa call centre for three years bago nag work as medtech hehe ayaw ko na maulit

    Ang mga interview dito may technical questions and hr questions. Like dun sa govt hospital serology tinanong ako about hepatitis markers and other situational questions sa lab, sa private naman bacte may practical exam ako may limang set of plates tapos may mga questions kung ano gagawin mo next given the gram stain result and diagnosis etc. Pinabasa din ako ng slide. Hehe nahirapan nga ako kasi yung isang media ngayon ko lang naencounter lol. Ang laging tinatanong sa interview is yung OHS sa lab.

    mukhang mahirap po pala interview jan.bka mas madali po interview kapag phlebotomist lang. Pwede po ba yun kahit MLS or MLT ang inapply sa visa?

    @ubejam based on what other visa grantee's profile, nauuna medical bago visa itself.you would notice na last na ang visa kc you need to gather muna all requirements and that includes the medical result.Im not sure lng if need mo ng endorsment letter or something before doing that kc bka ngeexpire ang medical (just like sa other countries).Maybe @gene_borres can help u on this kc nsa australia na sya.hehe
