    @barbelle hi, question po, nakita ko kasi ung points mo, so 55 pts ka lang if walang state sponsorship na 5 pts.. pwede ba mag EOI if 55 pts lang? I thought dapat at a minimum 60 pts para makapag EOI. ung partner ko kasi 55 pts lang ung total experience nya and naisip namin hindi sha pwede (by the way, ung IELTS nya kasi below 7, so wla shang pts for language and ayaw na nya kumuha ng IELTS).

    Hi po curious lang po, merun na po kami 60pts now , If mag EOI kami and choose state sponsorship magiging 65pts po ba kami nun? plus if mag pa assess po ako sa partner points plus 5 points edi makuha namin is 70 pts?

    Yes po, at least 60 points (including NSW 5 points) ang required na total points so:

    55 points ko + 5 points from NSW = 60 points

    If your partner already has 55 points (w/o the 5 points from NSW) mag total din sya ng 60 which qualifies your partner to launch an EOI and be considered for nomination by NSW state sponsorship under VISA 190. Dapat lang at least 6 minimum yung all bands ng IELTS nya, otherwise hindi pwede.

    hello po im an RN and i submitted last Feb, wala pa din invite till now for NSW SS 190 huhu i have been trying to get all 8.0 sa IELTS but no luck.. palagi 7 writing ko. i need 5 pts from SS because of my age.

    @avp and @poochy500 any advise on PTE? is it easier?

    @duffygurl yup it is easier compared to ielts. computer based lahat. i suggest you buy their online practice exam para maging familiar ka sa setup ng exam.

    Hello everyone, new member here. Tanong ko lang sna if meron bang minimum requirement ang NSW for IELTS and work experience. Sa Victoria kasi meron akong nkita sa site nila na 7 in each band and 3 yrs work experience for ANZSCO code 261313. Currently, we have 55points, mejo worried lng sa probability na mabigyan kmi ng invitation.

    @duffygurl For me it was! I took IELTS 3 times but I can only get proficient points (+10). Then I took PTE-A one time and then I got superior points (+20).

    For IELTS writing and speaking modules, they are evaluated by a human. In contrast with PTE-A, everything is assessed by a computer. So I guess in the speaking part, it is very important to have a good accent!

    Feeling ko nga bagsak ung speaking ko pero I was surprised when I got it perfectly! I took the exam early in the morning and got the result later that day!

    2015.03.13: ACS Results for System Admin (262113) - OK
    2015.03.17: EOI Submitted (60+5)
    2016.04.15: NSW Invite - visa 190
    2016.04.15: NSW App Submitted
    2016.05.04: NBI clearance acquired
    2016.05.17: NSW Approval and DIBP ITA for visa 190
    2016.05.19: Medicals at SLEC-BGC (Mine-OK, Wife-med cert requested from OB due to PCOS)
    2016.05.26: Medical status: completed - no action required both wife and me
    2016.05.26: Lodged visa 190 - frontloaded NBI, Medicals, form 80
    2016.07.14: CO Contact - Brisbane. Asked for Proof of spouse relationship and Form 80 of Wife
    2016.07.15: Additional docs submitted
    2016.07.29: VISA GRANTED!

    1st of jul new financial year. pero last year parang 14th of jul ata sila nag open cant remmber exactly.
