"The ‘Ref. no 22XX0-XX’ is for administrative purposes only. The Applicant no. 633/XX-X.X is the number assigned to your assessment; it is likely that this number is more relevant for immigration purposes.

Unfortunately, AIMS staff members are unable to give advice regarding visa applications. We recommend you contact the Department of Immigration and Border Protection for clarification www.immi.gov.au."

Tinuloy ko na po yung visa application. Magbabayad kami today. Ready na din yung mga certified true copy ng mga documents ko. Iu-upload na lang. Balitaan ko po kau..

FOR THOSE SEEKING STUDY GUIDE AND REVIEWERS:

Here are a list of reviewers I used in preparing for the examinations:

1. A Concise Review of Clinical Laboratory Science - Joel Hubbard
2. Success! in Clinical Laboratory Science - Ciulla
3. Henry's Clinical Diagnosis by Laboratory Methods - 21st Edition

I do have the actual books on hand of the titles mentioned above. There are some sources in the internet where you can have an E-book copy of the book. Please be resourceful.

ALSO.... There is no such thing as sharing of previous examinations, I have not done this, because no person can actually remember the questions in the test. This is not a good practice, just be prepared and be confident in taking the exam.

MLS is flagged
I don't know if it is going to be removed or not
some jobs just as IT are flagged for the last three years although not removed from SOL
I do not know if this is implemented for MLS or may be someone have different information

@ali_a_bayoumi you just need to study the scope or subjects listed in the site.The list are in the website of AIMS. There are also sample questions as well as reference books given.

No points are awarded for MLT or MLS assessment..

The scope of AIMS exam is not as broad as ASCP. So no need to read all the books. I just studied all the topics written on the scope of the exam that AIMS provided. All the questions are within this scope. You can also watch some lectures in Youtube. There's a lot of good lectures there.

hello po. tanong ko lang po. magreresign na kc ako sa work para focus sa pagrereview ng ielts dahil di ako mgaling sa english tska review pra take nadin ng ascp,amt. Bale plan ko next year pa magstart ng mga assestment.kaso po sabi ng kawork ko dpat daw ata ang ipapasa na coe ay currently working.ok lang ba kung 6 months to 1 year na di nagwork before magpasa ng requirements for assestment sa aims? tska ano po ba tinatanggap nilang coe..ung 6 months ung date prior sa pagpasa sa kanila?

@catthsy.. question ko din yan kung dapat ba currently working para ma-approve ung visa.. kse housewife ako for 1 year and 9 months.. kaya nung nagpasa ako ng requirements for AIMS assessment wala akong work nun.. okay nmn assessment ko hanggang Scientist.

Pero last April ngstart ulit ako mgwork sa Lab.. 1 month pa lang ako ngwowork nung ngpasa kami ng EOI.. na-invite nmn ako to apply for visa.. hindi ko lang alam kung mgkakaproblema ba sa approval ng visa kung may gap sa employment na ganon..

@sey.. non-refundable yung visa application fee.. kaya kung rejected nakakahinayang tlaga.. we just took the risk para walang 'what if'..

korek! tama c @raspberry0707 ..kc lahat namn ng requirements eh satin din manggagaling. Tyo din mismo kukuha sa mga schools and govt agencies ng mga documents kaya sayang lng ibabayad ntin if mag agency pa.Pati application nmn sa immig eh thru online lng na tyo din ang magsasagot at upload.

@raspberry0707 @MSS tama kayo. Ako last November nag seek ng help sa agency expecting that they will provide streamlined processing. But until now kahit assessment di pa nagagawa kahit sufficient naman na ang documents kasi daw kailangan daw nito at ganyan para sure na mavisahan. You cannot make a move and they will not allow you to do so. It's like you're being held prisoner and you're paying them for it. You want to back out but you realize that you signed a contract. Poor me. It's really frustrating!!!

@arecognizablejeans ako po thru agency din,last may 2014 pa po ako nag seek for their help, medyo matagal po tlga kc very rigid at strict cla with regard sa mga docs...kaka pasa lng ng EOI ko last 22 may...pag hnd naman po na grant visa ko eh ung binayad ko sa kanila eh refundable (processing fee) except po ung mga bayad sa AIMS at assessment.

@raspberry0707 thank u po..ngtry lng kmi s agent kc para sna sure na tama mga docs n susubmit but sayang nga ung ibabayad..kc 150k ung processing nila..so try ko n lng n aq..thanks a lot

@john_gil9 yung visa processing fee na AUD 3,200+ derecho sa Immigration ng Australia and hindi cia refundable pag narefuse ung visa mo.. nandun un sa terms and conditions pag ngsubmit ka ng payment.. so hindi ko alam pano irerefund ng agent mo un.. mautak yang mga agent na yan.. they will tell you what you want to hear.. kaya ingat na lang din.. information about the processing are online.. nasa website ng immigration.

baka yung binayad mo sa agency na 150,000 as consultation fee and ibabalik nila..

Ah ung consultation fee nga un..ang kagandahan lng kc pag agency eh sila na mag process u just have to provide them with the docs mejo matagal nga lng pero ok xa if working ka at hnd mo na maasikaso...kaka receive ko lng po result hehe...thank God I passed..hehe
