@fgs hi po! San po nakikita na jan 28 ang pino process? Un sa Amin kc nag lodge kmi ng jan 20 tpos kinontact ng co for additional docs. Final requested doc po march 31 na upload, that's the NBI clearance. Til now po wla pa visa grant. San po ba nka base, dun sa date na nag lodge or date ng final doc submission?

Tagal kong nawala sa circulation..anyways am back po feing confused sa sinasabi ng agent ko..

i lodged my visa 489 last jan 20 then i asked my agent by april 20 if we can do follow up na..the agent replied with the case officer's email:

dear agent,

I am writing to advise
that I have assessed your clients application for migration.
No documents are required at this stage.
External checks are
pending and once complete you will be contacted via email.

Please send all
correspondence to [email protected]

So all the while kla ko wlang feedback may feedback n pla saken ng march 10. The agent told me to give 2 months after ng email ni case officer. After 2 months of waiting sbi ko follow up n kme then the agent again advised me that it will be better kng ako na mismo magfollow up. I did follow up and the migration officer replied:

Dear xxx

I acknowledge receipt of your email. I understand that the time taken to process your application may be causing concern to you and your family.

The visa for which you have applied is part of the Skilled Nominated category. The Migration Programme determines the maximum number of visas that can be granted in each visa category. Applications for this visa are processed in line with Migration Programme planning levels. These planning levels have precedence over indicative client service standard timeframes.

The Migration Programme planning level for the Skilled Nominated category now has limited number of places left for the 2014-15 program year. This means processing times will be longer and that once the remaining places are used, the Department cannot grant further visas in this category during this programme year.

As planning levels affect all applications, including those in the final stages of processing, I cannot give you an indication as to the likely timeframe for finalisation of your application.

In the meantime, I encourage you to continue checking the department’s website (www.immi.gov.au) for any updates regarding application processing or changes to the Skilled Migration Programme which may affect you.

1) yun bang first email,does it mean may case officer ng allocated for me?
2) for the second email, may chance pa ba ko this year or possibly by next year na po yon?

Sorry for this flooding query medjo worried na po kc ko coz it's takng me 2 yrs to process na po and ngayon andito n kme sa final stage mukang wala nkong agent.

@filsgoz thank you so much! honestly nadedepress nko and kala ko hndi kasama sa mga maggrant this year. Nagtitiis nlng kasi ko sa current job ko na kpag maapprove nko this year fly n tlga kme ng AU. Hay Lord sana po tlga..thanks again!!

Another question pala, since 489 ako and sa southern inland ako nasponsor, don lng ba tlga ko allowed to live and work for 4 yrs?

@fgs thanks sa link! That means 31 March na un pino process? Eh kaso 20 jan pa kmi nag lodge and last doc requested was the nbi clearance na nasubmit na po nmin kaya I'm getting concerned na po. Naku sna mkahabol this financial year.. Please Lord..

@sarah_lyn we have the same case. And sabi mo jan 20 ka rin nag lodge? Same na same tayo. Yan din reply sa email query ko. Last doc na need nila is the nbi clearance na nasubmit na nun March 31. Akala ko after mga 2-4 weeks may grant na. Pero til now waiting pa rin. Kaso nkalagay sa website eh March 31 na ang priority date. Bakit wla pa rin grant un satin? Does that mean na nagpoprocess sila but un grant eh ibibigay pa by July? Nawiwindang ako sa priority date kc lagpas na ng lodgement date tpos wla pa grant.

San ka pala based, pinas or sg?

guys eto pa I just want to share my emotions here..I just can't take it, knilabutan tlga ko..everything is perfectly designed by God. I just got a very sad news

my father in law just died..So hndi na po ko mgttnong bket namove ang grant samen. im not saying or hoping na kya mrmi saten nttagalan ang visa grant is because may upcoming bad news din sa inyo, my point is, let's just all believe that God has the best plan for all of us.

@czams hello... may history kasi ako ng PTB, i had it way back 2006 so expected marereferred ako... pero after medical para sakin hindi na naman ganun katagal ang feedback nila April 19 medical completed then May 15 sign nako ng health undertaking... waiting na lang kmi grant which is sana soon na un..
