Nagapply ako TFN for me and wifey kahapon online. Ang bumalik lang e application number at hindi yung actual TFN..di ako sure kung enough na yun for bank, centerlink etc processing or I need to wait for the 28 days to get the actual TFN. Will visit banks, centrelink today and see how my application reference number for TFN can be used.
Sa lunes lipad namin to Adelaide. Laking pasalamat kina @theumlasfamily at @islaman family at meron na kaming mga friends, sundo, at bahay na din pagdating dun..ang babait nga mga natagpuang tropa dito sa forum sana ibless pa sila ng todo todo ni Lord

Dec 11, 2014 --- Final Xray report came out and Chest specialist reported I am totally fit to travel and stay in AU! Yey!
Dec 15, 2014 --- GOLDEN EMAIL at veryy verry looong last arrived! (no need to sign health undertaking)

Anyway, when we arrived last june 27, things were smooth thankfully. A friend fetched us in the airport so it was convenient. We bought optus simcard right away at the exit of arrival area. We bought the aud30 with 1.5gb data.so far reliable naman data but obviously not as fast with internet in SG...
After that, we drop by quick for late lunch then went straight to our temp stay in Ermington suburb, around 30mins from airport..we found our temporary stay via airbnb.com lng ..aud1400 for a month, so around aud350 per week..we felt it was priced enough coz we had all access to fully furnished house, can cook and meron backyard..few mins walk to a small shop centers na din.. Fast fwd, after 3 wks, by God's grace, my husband got a job offer from a railway company and he will start by Aug 10 soon..so this week is all house hunting for us , looking for long term stay maybe if we get lucky. If not, will look for at least 6months maybe. Will update once we find one and share experience in renting if we get thru the applications.
Generally, life in Sydney has been quite smooth and despite winter days, we've enjoyed every bit of it here, esp my daughter loving d cold haha
