@ging In my case too, I resigned from work thinking that they would grant me the TV, I ddnt submit any COE from my work nor Authorization of Leave, i was thinking that the partner visa applic would suffice..

If i were u, i wouldnt resign from work until the visa grant but its your choice really.

@nutmeg709 thanks for the info. i already lodged my TV, though wala pa akong CO for my Partner's visa lodged last March. I'm hoping na they would consider kahit wla akong approved leave na support.

@jacdang oks sis.. d nman ako magresign until magrant. un lang kac 3 months plan vacation ko, so for sure wala akong approved leave na support. anyway naglodge na ko.. itinerary lang support ko for temporary stay. :-/

@kate26 nakapag TV na ko last Dec 2014 pero 2 weeks lang inapply ko and nagsubmit kac ako nun ng approved leave from my employer. Nagrant sya in 16 days. Bale 3 months visa, single entry..

After ko lodge ng PV, eto ung first TV na inapplyan ko. 1 year, multiple entry...
16th day ngaun, wla pang notice.. :-(

@kate26 kasama cguro sa invitation un. kc need mo e prove na kakilala mo ang invite sa u. sa kin nman pictures and marriage cert ang kasama sa invitation ko.

@ging nagrant na ang tv ko after almost 4mos of waiting..thanks God!! Immi said it took them so long to grant it because they need to make sure it wont be conflicting with the partner visa..they granted me 3mos mult entry for a year!! Will fly to melb on 18/06..

@kate26 yes, need to show them how you stayed connected when u were away..what i did was to choose certain viber messages and download it to excel file..btw, it has to be 50pages max..

@kate26 hindi sabay sis.. pinaclear ko muna medical ko for PV before ako nag apply ng 2nd TV. Need din kc ng medical for TV if more than 3 months applyan mo. Pero no need ulitin ang medical, reference # lang ibibigay.
Yes sis, separate sya na application and requirements. Online ako nag apply so inattach ko lang ulit supporting docs for TV.

Hi mga sis :-) first post ko po ito. July 8 , 2014 po kami nag Lodge ng visa. Tapos na po ako sa medical around September pa. Sept 29 nag email na sila na mag submit ako ng NBI clearance and yung bridal check. Na - confuse kami ng asawa ko. Akala namin marriage certificate lang kailangan naming ibigay. Kasi akala namin sa single lang ang CENOMAR (pag fiancé pa lang). Ang problema, dahil di pa ko actively nagbabasa ng forum noon, tumagal bago finally naibigay namin yung tamang document Jan 14 na :-(
Ang maganda lang, I have a multiple entry tourist visa na ginamit ko Nov 15 to Feb 10 at gagamitin ko ulit this coming July. Pero syempre iba pa din ang spouse visa kasi tuluy tuloy yun at pwede na ko mag work pag ganun.
Sinusubukan ko mag follow up sa embassy at vfs pero parang di naman nila ako mabigyan ng update. Pinatawag ko din yung husband ko onshore pero dahil sa Pinas daw kami nag Lodge, wala din maitulong. ANO BA BEST NUMBER TO CALL PARA MAGFOLLOW UP?
Ang hirap maghintay, ano? I pray na maapprove na tayo :-)

@Hopeful87 I think sending an email is easier. Once pa lng ako nag email to follow up nung first week of may. Sumagot sila after 4 days. Marami kasi sa ibang forum na nabasa ko na mahirap tlga mkalusot tumawag.

@Hopeful87 hi, na-confuse din aq dati nung humingi CO q ng cenomar..mali p ginawa q coz iv scanned copies of our cenomar and submitted these copies online..then my co called me after 2mos informing me na kelangan nso directly mgsubmit s knla..so that's what i did..visa granted after 8mos

Glad to see so many people with good news. My partner and I are looking forward to moving to OZ soon too. I just wanted to ask though:

My partner and I have been together for a long time, and we plan to migrate to AUS soon. He is an Australian citizen by descent and holds an AUS passport. However, he's never been to Australia since he was born here in the Philippines. We plan to live with his dad when we go to Australia, but we are wondering if he is eligible to be my sponsor?

Hope somebody can help us with this.

hello. I lodged my partner visa last feb 25. I emailed the embassy may 1, wala pa daw ako CO nuon. nagemail ang husband ko sa kanila last June 9 and ang reply nila is "ongoing process" daw ang application ko. Does that mean may CO na ako?
