Hello @freshmaker sa ngayon we didn't rely on the online scheme of NBI. We also processed our renewal overseas and we contacted Ms. Sandra first via email and had all our documents presented by a representative in PH.

Hi guys, ttnong ko lng po if meron na sa inyo ngkaproblem sa visa processing dhil s nbi clearance? Napansin ko kc sa nbi clearance ng mga kakilala ko, ung name na lalabas eh palaging me "surname ng husband". For my case kc maiden name ung gmit ko s lahat ng docs (at ayaw ko p kc mgpalit ng surname). Pero unfortubately ung mga tga pinas na nbi ini-insist nila na i-indicate ung husband surname khit di ko nga gnagamit. For sure lalabas s nbi clearance ko eh ksama ung husband's surname and yun lng yung tanging doc ko s application na ung name ko eh me husband's surname

Meron n po ba sa inyo n gnun ung case? Lalabas kc na inconsistent.

hi po, nagtry po ako kausapin si Ms. Sandra, sabi nya is, padala nlang daw sa relatives un docs, tapos dumerecho na sa kanya.

by the way, may tanong lang ako regarding sa nbi clearance. need pa ba sa au ung dfa authentication? salatmat po in advance.

Hello po sa lahat.

Question po. Plano namin mag.send ng docs to Ms. Sandra. Has anyone tried having the clearance sent back to Singapore Address? Ilang days po before nyo na receive ang clearance? I see po kasi sa comment above na it will be sent back to us via ordinary mail. Checking sa Singpost to get an estimate, sabi it may take 3-5 weeks pag SG to Pinas so I assume mga ganyang timeframe din?

@pilot_marker Hi Thank you for the detailed step by step guide! Sobrang helpful.
May additional questions lang sana ako, para di din magpabalik balik ang representative namin sa pinas regarding sa mga dapat dalhin/gawin.

- need ba dalhin ng representative namin yung IMMI Acknowledgement Letter? (sorry if this has been answered to another thread)

- Derecho lang po ba kay MS. SANDRA P. SOBIDA (3rd Floor), no need to book for an appointment or inform her that someone is coming on that day?

- Pag na receive na ng representative yung NBI clearance (3-7 days), they need to send that back to us, kasi po kailangan ng another thumbprint.
(Marami palang pabalik balik na magaganap, hehe!)

@TTam pasensya late reply... just came back from vacation.

1) Di na kelangan ng Immi letter sa NBI
2) Deretso lang, pero nothing to lose kung tatawag din in advance kay Ms. Sandra lalo na kung malayo pa panggagalingan.
3) Pag na receive na ng representative mo yung NBI clearance yun na mismo isususbmit sa DIBP. Di na kelanagn ng fingerpruint kasi nagwa mo na yun sa Singapore police station.

@pilot_marker Thank you so much! at Just in time lang ang reply nyo ni sir, kasi next week namin maayos sa phil embassy.

Buti na lang di na kailangan ng thumbprint dun sa nbi cert, naalala ko lang kasi dati dated 2011 na request namin, yung nbi cert namin ay may maliit na square sa baba for thumbprint. So ipapascan ko na lang pala sa representative namin yan para tipid sa courier, less hassle. hehe!

@TTam pinadala ko pa rin sa Singapore yung original kasi that time di ako sigurado kung kelanagan pa ipa CTC yung NBI. Some say pag colored daw ang document, di na kelangan CTC. Pwede rin pa CTC mo sa Pinas tsaka pa scan and send sayo.

ask ko lang po kailangan po ba yung PCC plus NBI?
Or kahit isa lang?
bakit po yung iba kumkuha pa rin ng NBI kahit usual country of residence ay "abroad"?

Hi I have a specific question, and as far as I have read in this discussion, it wasn't asked (o baka di ko lang naintindihan)..

I'm in Australia at the moment with a temporary graduate visa. My NBI clearance expired while I was here and I never left the country. I'm preparing for visa 189 application para mas mabilis matapos ang requirements, so I need my NBI clearance renewed. May renewal ba o new application since nasa ibang bansa? Mostly nababasa ko ay new application through a relative sa Philippines tapos mail. I'm hoping someone who went through this could shed some light.

Tumawag po ako ngayon kay Ms. Sandra para sa NBI clearance. Ayaw nya na po tumanggap ng payment through bank kasi daw nauubos ung oras nya sa haba ng pila. Suggestion nya ipadala ung pera kasama ng documents. Meron na po ba sa inyo ang may gumawa nito? Kung meron po, anong courier po ba ginamit nyo? Thank you.

@rainbow hi. Sa pagkakaalam ko hindi pwede sa courier ang cash or check. Nasa declaration nila usually na no cash, checks or jewelry included. How about direct deposit sa bank acct ni ms sandra, mas madali mag withdraw sa atm.

Around end of 2012 or early 2013 not really sure, ng bago kasi ng machine printing / system ang NBI in producing the NBI clearance. I have applied NBI clearance here in Australia last May, medyo magastos nga lang kasi need to pay AFP for finger printing 42AUD, Philippine Consulate Office 25AUD, sending through Post and 200PEsos enclosed. Pwede rin other currency as long as equivalent to 200. You can check on the Philippine Consulate here in Australia for the step by step process.

hello po! meron po bang may update/info if sa NBI 3rd floor pa rin po si Ms. Sandra? may need ksi po akong ipachange sa address ko may wrong spelling po ksi..currently nasa japan po ako ang ipapasuyo ko sana kay mother since sya rin ung pinag forward ko ng application form ko (fingerprinted from phil embassy in tokyo) and sya rin ung nagclaim kanina..late na notice na mali pala ung spelling ng street name..

Hi po, puede po ba patulong kay Ms Sandra kahit local applicant? Galing kami Robinsons Galleria for NBI clearance may hit po yung sa amin ni misis, paano po ba proseso naguguluhan ako eh balik daw after 8 days dun din ba sa Robinson or sa UN kami pupunta? sa UN daw kasi kiniclear ang hit. Medyo malayos kasi kami sa UN.

@grant512 sa robinson ka pa rin babalik para sa collection. buti ka nga 8 days lang kami 2 weeks bago narelease dahil sa hit.

@engineer20 salamat po. sobra hassle talaga kakakuha lang namin last year din sa Rob ng NBI tapos ngayon may HIT kami dalawa ni misis. Ang tataas pa ng boses ng mga evaluator kapag nagtatanong ka bakit may hit. Nung ask namin kung ano position nya dun aba e OJT daw sya. haysss... Yung sa akin nakuha ko na po kahapon I spent the whole day sa NBI UN AVE para makuha lang imbis na spend time with my family before my flight back to SG.

Si misis pala babalik nalang sa ROB sure po ba lagi ma release yun pag may binigay sila date? Ala naman kami kaso hehehe and feeling ko kaya nagHIT dahil early renewal kami di pa kasi expired sa April 2016 pa. TIA

@grant512 bakasyon lang din kami from SG kaya di na nahintay release. pinakuha na lang namin sa byenan ko tapos scan at uploaded the same day. luckily di na kailangan ng qc interview sa main at visa grant kinabukasan.

Just to share our experience with NBI. We asked our representative to go to NBI Taft today to get our NBI clearance and one of the employees are asking P1500 for each application if we want to get it after an hour or otherwise wait until May 3. Is there such a thing?
