SA IELTS result below specified in CSOL

Hi Guys,

Newbie here, my wife submitted an EOI for 263299-ICT Support and Test Engineers and Submitted SS for SA. Apparently now lang namin na realize na Proficient English pala ang requirement non pero ang sa wife ko is Competent English lang.

Meron po ba ditong may similar case pero na approve pa din ang SS or if hindi man, will she be given a chance to retake IELTS and update the documents instead of being denied agad?

@jgab kse mangyayari dyan di qualified dahil competent lng yung ielts nya w/c can be denied for SS kse yn ang minimum requirements nila plus yung skill assessment, wala lng me idea kung magbibigay sila ng leeway na mag submit kyo ng bagong ielts, cguro she needs to take ielts na and get higher para ready kyo kung bigyan kyo ng chance or to re submit your application sa SS.
