We are looking for housemate as we have spare room. Details below:

- 7-10mins WALK to Watergardens Station which is 30mins away from CBD. During morning and afternoon peak hours express train services, it will only take 10-15mins.

- We are inside a gated villa and with CCTV all throughout the complex which makes us relatively secured

- 10mins walk going to shopping centre (with Coles and Woolies), Catholic Church, Medical Clinic, etc

- Room has 1 queen-sized bed and a built-in wardrobe with full-body sized vanity mirror

- You'll have your own eating and cooking utensils

- Pet Free and non-smoking housemates

- Free Wi-Fi and TFC

- Rent per week is at 150AUD inclusive of utility bills

We prefer single occupant sana and we don't mind if transient or short stay lang sa pagrent, to those nagsisimula sa Melbourne, we have assisted a lot of people na galing sa atin sa Pinas...
