Guys kapag ba nag pa Review ka ng Completed Skills Assessment Result hindi ba may bagong Reference no na yun. So pag nag lodge ka na ng visa application, anong ref ng skills assessment ang ilalagay sa application, yun old ref pa rin ba or yung ref para dun sa review?

Tanong ko lang po kng paano yung entry sa EOI sa employment section base sa experience ko. Ang sabi kasi sa result ng ACS ko after July 2010 lang ako pwede mag claim ng experience. Nung binilang ko yung sa experience ko, na pansin ko na binawas na rin ng ACS yung 3 months na jobless ako.

The following employment after July 2010 is considered to equate to work

04/2005 - 10/2007 -> Company 1
11/2007 - 02/2014 -> Company 2
03/2014 - 05/2014 -> Jobless
06/2014 - Present -> Company 3

Apparently, yup. Feeling ko kasi outdated yung ICT curriculum ng BSCS sa PLM kaya kulang yung ICT content hinahanap nila for SA.

Dapat kasi 65% ICT content of the qualification is closely related sa nominated occupation.

Kung alam ko lang ito nag PUP na lang ako hehe. Kahit BSIT nila closely related parin.

Magpapa assess ka palang ba? All the best bro.

@cowninja detailed sya pero not so detailed na per project and which PL ang gamit.
basta general tasks statement pa dn pero much better kung magspecify ka ng mga description na unique sa ginagawa nyo like "develop POS systems, using xxx technologies"

about sa COE with JD, baka straight away ka lang nag ask ng ganung document. Normally magiging defensive sila kasi tedious gawin yun at medyo mahirap.
sa company namin, kami na gumawa ng COE together with JD, then pinasa ko muna sa manager ko for approval then sya na nag endorse sa Admin pra magkaron ng pirma.

Baka may ibang makasagot na may talagang experience mismo nito.

ina allow kaya ng ACS ang withdrawal ng application for skills assessment? kasi nabasa ko sa guidelines nila kapag nagamit na yung result ng skills assessment for migration purposes such as invitation to apply for visa or mismong visa application, hindi na raw ma ku kumpleto ang assessment

Ganyan din ginawa ko, kaso yung 5 years na binawas sa experience ko para ma meet yung suitability criteria meron additional na 3 months.

Kung 04/2005 ako nag start ng work na meet ko ang suitability criteria nung 04/2010 at hindi dapat July 2010.

Valid reason ba ito na reason kng file ako ng review sa acs? Thanks

@eischied, ako rin BSECE, Mapua, fast tracked 4 yrs ( quarterm kasi), pero Bachelor's Degree major in computing namn. Depende talaga sa curriculum content

@dantz15. actually dapat talaga hindi na ako nag submit ng review ng completed assessment result ko.

ang gusto ko sana i solve ay i correct ang start date ng isa kong work experience. wala rin naman impact yun sa number of experience na puwede ko i-claim sa EOI ko.
same company pa rin naman ako nag wo work until now.

@FrenchMilk ah ok, thanks for sharing. Anyway, base dito ACS parang walang withdrawal, pero hindi din kasi clear.
Tingin ko ok lang naman situation mo, basta enough yung points mo. Goodluck!

@dantz15 I have successfully withdrawn my application. Makukuha ko rin ang refund ko.

Tip:
If you want to withdraw your ACS skills assessment application (either new, for review or appeal), make sure to inform them the soonest. Mine was at Stage 1 when I sent an email to them requesting for withdrawal. Then this morning nakita ko nasa Stage 2 na ang application ko. They still haven't processed it. Naka allocate pa lang sa case officer. At that point puwede pa rin ma withdraw ang application.

Another tip. If you want to have your completed ACS skills assessment reviewed, make sure you haven't used the first result to lodge an EOI. May rule sila na once nagamit mo na yung assessment result mo like lodging an EOI, your application for review will not be completed.

Again make sure you check all the details of your application para maiwasan na yung mga inconsistencies once nabigyan ka ng positive skills assessment result.

Online na po ang application for skills assessment. Hindi mo po kailangan maging member ng ACS para makapag submit ka ng application for skills assessment.

10 points lang for IELTS. 7.5 lang speaking at writing ko e. Yung overall points ko naman ay 55 pa lang.

By the way paano ba yung state nomination/sponsorship? Baka pwede na ako for this given may 55 na ako?

Can I apply to visa 190 given na may 55 points ako currently at yung state nomination ay magbibigay ng 5 points para maging 60 pts?

If yes, wala naman fee ang pag submit ng EOI diba?
