@john_gil9 nakakapagtaka yang email nila sa'yo. Sabay tayong naapprove ng EOI which was July 6. If I remember correctly, this was the same date yours was also approved per sa sinabi ng agent mo. nasa stage na ako na my medicals are submitted already. Application received by DIBP na din. Im just waiting for my Case Officer pero baka mga late Sept pa eto. It's been 28 days since I lodged my visa.

Unsolicited advice, baka pwede mo tanungin sa kanila ang EOI username and password in the Skillselect portal na ginamit nila tapos ikaw na magasikaso from thereon. Kung ano ang nakasulat sa EOI, yun din ang information na tatanungin sa visa application mo Immiaccount. Kung maconfuse ka marami ang pwedeng pagtanungan sa mga threads dito.

Eto po ung next email nila kc nag email ako at sabi ko eh very disappointed ako at annoyed kung bakit ire retract ung last EOI ko

I have yet not withdrawal you EOI & if you want me to proceed with this I can wherein we may not be responsible if certain details do not reach to Visa officer & Visas Simply will not be responsible for any repercussions of your visa application if you wish to proceed with current Eoi.

@john_gil9 ibigay na lang nila ang username and password ng EOI mo.

actually you can confirm that with DIBP. Kung totoong naapektuhan ang EOI mo. may Trunkline sila saka alam ko may email address. Yung trunkline you have to wait one hour for them to answer pero sumasagot sila. May EOI reference number ang bawat application, kunin mo muna sa agent mo. kasi tatanungin yan sa DIBP on your enquiry.

sinabi mo ba sa kanila na hindi naapektuhan yung EOI ko na kabatch mo na nagsubmit? kasi I find it weird na ang susunod na sagot nila "not all applications were affected" eh initially sabi nila "the lot of applications were affected". Or Baka may technical error nga or may error sila na hindi nasubmit tulad na hindi kumpleto yung details na binigay nila sa EOI kaya nireretract nila. Pinaka ok you get the username and password yourself tapos check mo ano ang mga sinulat nila sa EOI, kung may mga kulang ba sila na hindi ininclude sa application kaya nireretract nila ngayon.

Tnx mam...nag email na po ako to het ung username and password...nagabanggit din nya nung tumawag xa na ung mga nag apply for visa nung may at june eh marami pa sa kanila wala pang case officer hanggang ngaun kc nga daw sa "technical" problem na un kaya ang suggestion daw ng DIBP sa kanila eh to retract eh file another kasi ngaun lng daw naayos ung problem...will confirm sa DIBP mamaya...tatawag ako...maraming salamat po

@john_gil9 si @raspberry0707 naglodge noong May may CO na. If you look at the thread na June 2015 applicants meron na doon na navisa grant na saka may CO na din.

Hoping for the best at sana makuha mo ang username at password ng EOI plus EOI reference number so you can doublecheck what is written there in your EOI application. Kung may kulang ba or complete naman. Yes please contact DIBP but you need to get your EOI reference number from your agent first.

@john_gil9 tama si ophthaqueen.. derecho ka na lang sa DIBP.. ask mo sa kanila ang status ng EOI mo.. nakita mo ba ung Invitation to Apply na email? Sinend ba sa yo ng agent mo? You only have 60 days to apply for visa after Invitation to apply.. dapat before Sep 4 makapag-apply ka na.. or else ma-expire na ung ITA mo.. may 3 weeks ka pa..

Yung sinasabi kse ng agent mo na derecho sila sa Australian Immigration at may kakilala sila or something kaya after lodgement 28 days lang dapat kumpleto na lahat ng documents.. nakakaduda na un.. kse karamihan sa mga members dito na nag-agent went through the same process na dinaanan namin na walang mga agent..

After lodgement, 40-50 days pa bago magkaroon ng Case Officer.. at walang pre-assigned Case Officer sa mga agency tulad ng gustong palabasin ng agent mo..

Waiting na lang kami sa decision ng DIBP.. ung huling documents na hiningi sa amin ung explanation sa mga gaps sa employment, education at address sa Form 80 ng hubby ko.. nasend na namin nung Sunday.. sana ngaun or bukas meron nang update..

Good day! Sa pag babackread ko po eto ang naintindihan ko. Ielts-- aims-- skill select? Wla na po ba Kong kelangang applyan? Hintayin lang ung sa skill select EIO?

Mag uumpisa pa lang po ko kasi ako mag 2 years na kasi ako sa work.

Marami pong salamat in advance.
Anyway may tita ko sa au (kapatid ni mama) may mas maganda bang visa? 190 lang kasi nakikita ko po sa border gov ... :-/

@christian009 visit mu ang AIMS website. Dload mu ung PDF file regarding sa application. IELTS k muna, 7 all sections dapat. Then if 2 years ka na sa work, apply for assessment. Wag ka mag agency.

@christian009 kung kaya mo maabot ung 60pts for visa 189.. un ang itarget mo.. pag visa 190 nakatali ka sa state na ngsponsor sau for 2 years..

pwede po ba sa assestment ang ielts na general training? ano po deadline ng pagpasa ng assestment kung balak magexam ng march? mahahabol paba kpag november nagpasa ng for assesment?

Pwede ang general or academic na IELTS. pwede din TOEFL at PTE Academic. Sabi nila mas mataas magbigay ng grade ang PTE Academic kesa sa IELTS. Tinatanggap din ang PTE Academic sa visa application.

Mejo gipit ang November kse end of December and cut-off para sa application for March exam.. pag i-factor in mo yung shipping time ng docs baka d ka umabot.. minsan kse more than 8 weeks bago mo makuha ung result ng assessment..

sana mgkita taubsa Au kung palarin din kmi..

Yung visa application namin processing pa din.. may ginagawa pa daw silang checks.. bale 120 days na simula nung nglodge kami ng visa.. sa palagay namin dahil sa nationality ng husband ko (Syrian) kaya nadelay ung sa amin.. tntgnan pa nila kung may risk sa national security nila.. pero tumawag nmn na ako sa DIBP tsaka ngsend din sila ng email na wag kaming mgworry.. pero d sila makapagbigay ng timeframe kung kelan matatapos ung checks na ginagawa nila kse ibang agency daw ung gumagawa..
