Hi! I want to apply for my mom's tourist visa para alagaan ung 15 month old kong baby. We tried to send her to child care - kaso lagi sya maysakit. So ngayon, yung husband ko nagaalaga sa baby namin pero sympre di naman sustainable na isa lang nagwowork dito sa OZ...

I will apply for the Visa class 600 for my mom... question naman.. ano nilagay nyo dito "Give details of any significant dates on which the applicant needs to be in Australia"...

I want to apply for 12 month stay here.. then apply n lang ulet after.

Hi Guys,

Sa mga nag apply para sa parents, anong stream ang inapplayan nyo for Tourist Visa? Meron kasing "Tourism/Visit family or friends" at "Sponsored Family visit (requires Sponsorship form 1149)", eh yung sa sponsored baka hingan ako ng bond. Safe kaya kung "Tourism/Visit family or friends" yung piliin ko para sa nanay at kapatid ko then gawan ko ng certified na invitation letter? Thanks in advance

@yoj Musta visa ng parent mo? inapply ko din mommy ko ng tourist visa last May21 and until now application received pa din yung status. All docs nman na attached ko na tapos yung medicals nya cleared and finalised na...

@reeyz24 lagay mo lg kahit anong date, for example birthday mo, birthday ng husband mo, birthday ng anak mo.. Den sa invitation letter mo ilagay mo lg na xa ang mag aalaga ng baby mo.. Pag parents namn ksi at my ganyang reason ka pinapayagan namn nla na mag 12 months tourist visa as long my enough funds ka sa bank to sustain them.

@bmc_cpu sponsored family visit.. As long na my proof ka na babalik cla pag nag expire ung visa nla hindi kna mn cguro hihingan ng bond.. Ang bond kasi ay case to case basis namn yan ehh.

@nfronda Thanks! Yung Invitation letter/Statutory declaration kailangan pa bang ipa certify? Yung proof na babalik sila, pwede ba yung mga land titles, etc.?

@bmc_cpu no need na ipacertify.. Yes pwde un or either mga business permit.. If ang kapatid mo nagwowork certificate of employment and approve leave ang e attach mo.

Hello po, question lang po. Wala pa naman po kaming visa pero iask ko na lang po para maiplano na agad.

Kunwari po ba nabigyan ng 1yr tourist visa ang parents, pwede po ba silang mag apply ulit after maexpire? Naisip ko lang po kasi baka magtanong yung officer kung bakit babalik na naman sila? or wala po issue sa kanila yun. Baka po may maishare kayo na same scenario.

May 2yo po kasi kami if ever matutuloy dyan sa oz. Nag check kami ng sponsorship for parents kaso kailangan pumasa sa family test po ata yun (dapat majority ng anak ay nasa oz?). Ang option na nakikita namin ay tourist visa, then pag nagschool sya saka namin ilalagay sa daycare.

Maraming salamat po in advance! Pasensya na po masyado lang akong advance mag isip, para lang may plan B in case di pwede.

my dad will apply for a tourist visa in a couple of months and plano namin he will stay here for a year. kung ganun ba, dapat ba return ticket pa rin ang bilhin ko?or one way tapos kapag malapit na siya umuwi ng pinas saka na lang ako bili dito. i checked online wala akong mabili na ticket na one year. last time kasi na pumunta siya dito he only stayed for a month, kaya return ticket binili ko. sa mga may relatives na nag-tourist visa dito, ano pong type ng airfare tickets binili niyo? thanks!

Wala namang rule na kailangan return ticket pero mas mapapamahal ka kung 1 way ticket lang , kung problem mo na mag papa uwi erpat mo before yung nabili mong ticket i think konti lang ang difference kung ipapa re-book mo ito

I'm helping out a friend of mine on applying for his mother's visa as a family sponsored tourist (visa subclass 600).He is already a PR resident already together with his wife and child. Then the case officer e-mailed him asking for further documents like..
Incentive to Return written statement or documentary evidence of the applicant's incentives to return to their home country at the end of their intended visit.--paano po kaya gumawa ng written statement na eto, yun mother lang naman po nya ang mag tourist, to give way na makapagtrabaho ng part time yung asawa nya kasi since 7 months pa lng yun bata gusto sana nila may mag alaga na family din nila.
Period of Stay 3 months is the standard time-frame for a sponsored family visitor visa. Explain why you need it to be 12 months. -- 12 months po kasi un pinili nya sa list kung gano katagal. para naman sana maedyo matagal sya dito. As we are located in the countryside, bihira lang sila makapag travel ng malayo,full time employee kasi sya dun sa work nya so his mother will be likely staying at home most of the time other than weekends and holidays.

Please help us so we could send the required statement and send it to the case officer to finalize the decision.

hindi kasi ako sure kung dapat return tickets talaga, i'm not really worried kung mas mapamahal ang ayoko lang kasi baka pahirapan kapag magpapa-rebook so ok lang. ang main concern ko lang is makapunta dito ng walang aberya, hehe! salamat ulit!

Minsan makakakita ka ng cebu pacific na one way na mura...

pag return kas ina cebu pacific, mura ung papunta tpos mahal pauwi and valid only for 1 month stay. So kung cebu pacific ang bilin one way kung ma tapat ng promo. Then intay ka ulit ng promo na one way pabalik ng pinas. MEdyo matrabaho nga lang.

Yun din ang guto ko masigurado, kung pwede ba na one way lang muna nag bilin airline ticket par ama iwasn yung rebooking fee. misna nkasi na nasa 50-150+ ang rebooking fee deepende s airline. Else bilin mo yung mahal na airfare para kasama sa cndition yung rebooking.

My mom's tourist visa have been granted today at exactly 1month from the date of application. 1.5years with 12months stay per entry.

Documents submitted through online application (my immiaccount) are as follows:

1. Passport
2. Passport size photos
3. Birth Certificate
4. Marriage Certificate
5. NBI clearance
6. Invitation letter
7. My 3 months payslips

dati 3 yrs maximum validity ng visa for parents.

May naka pag try na b na mag apply ng tourist visa sa kapatid for 6-12months na na grant?

Kailangan kais ng kapalit ng magulang since 12 months maximum lang stay nila tpos kailangan sila mag stay sa pinas for 6 months bago makabalik.

Kapalit po sana ung kapatid ko pag uwi ng parents ko at mag stay ng 6 months... para eligible na maka balik naman yung parents ko para palitan sila sa pag alaga ng bata.

May naka pagry na b dito na inaply ang kapatid ng tourist visa at na grant ng 3-6 months stay?

Blak kodin apply sister ko (unemployed), par apamalit sana sa parents s apag alaga ng bata.
12 monthslang kasi ang parnts pwede mag stay.. so dapat may kapalit. Yung sister ko sana pwede... kaso I want to hear stories na successul na na grant visa sa kapatid lalo na kung unemployed.

May kakilala ako na denied yung kapaitd na tourist since unemployed at sinubukan nil apply ng 6months.

Pwede kaya reason out na tutulong sa pag alaga ng bata yung kapatid para ma grant ng matag la na duration na visa.

tip lang na hwag mo ilalagay sa invitation letter mo na kaya mo pinapapunta dahil mangangnak ka.

Na experince ko before na kahit les tah n3 months, ni require na mag pa medical check up.

hello. i posted sa kabilang thread, pero dapat ata dito. I'm applying online for a tourist visa for my mum and my sister. my mum is 85 years old and very mobile pa. 2 weeks stay lang sila just to visit us and meet her great grand daughter, my daughter's daughter turning 6 months old. since di na sila abot sa Floriade (she loves flowers) next month, ni note ko na lang sa application na babalik next year around Sept. My mom is a widow and so is my sister accompanying her. Need ba talaga ang death certificate ng father ko who passed away in 1974? and sa brother in law ko na long separated from my sister before he passed away? o I can wait till they request? If kulang ba ang documents, automatic refused or hingi naman sila? Sa question about health insurance, ikukuha ko sila pag approved na ang visa. Okay lang ba ilagay ko na 'NO' kase wala pa naman details? Sagot ko naman lahat ng expenses nila sa duration ng stay. Btw, Aussie citizen na ako. Appreciate your inputs please. First time to do this so totally clueless and due to the recent changes baka if I read back sa thread di na rin applicable.

hi @lock_code2004! kaw na ttanungin ko ha, since you've done this recently.

i created an immi account for my FIL (father inlaw 65yrold), and applied for visa600. dun sa question na if may travelling companion sya, nilagay ko si MIL (75yr old) , so isang application na lang ginawa ko. gusto namin mag stay sila ng 1yr to look after the kids.

Pero after the payment, ang lumalabas lang dun sa recommended docs for attachment is Person 1 - FIL. Pati sa application acknowledgement, si FIL lang nkalagay as primary applicant.

Tapos nung pnrint ko ung organise your health exam, ung FIL ko lang nkalagay na reqd mag medical.

Questions po:
1. May mali ba sa ginawa ko? dpat ba hiwalay sila ng application? Bakit hndi reqd mag medical si MIL?
2. Im confused if I have to wait for further instructions. O basta i upload ko lahat ng applicable docs?
3. i indicated a 12month multiple entry visa (in case kelngan nila lumabas oz, say Bali or SG, para di na re apply visa). But ive read in previous posts that multiple entry visa allows for max 3mos only per entry. tama po ba intindi ko?

Kahit hini sakin naka direct ang question :-)

Personal opinion:

1. Separate po lahat ang application ng lahat ng mag tourist in Australia
PAra separate din bayad bawat adult na mag tourist.

FIL mo lang yung effective na nkaapply for tourist visa.

2. No need to wait. you need to complete the supporting docs as soo nas possible.

If more than 3 months inapply mo, you can ask your in-law to go ahead with the medical exam. Print mo requirements or leter for medicla exam.

Pag intay mo bka matgalan lalo. Option mo din mag intay ng instruction ng Case officer.

PEro kami, hidi ko na intay... piang medical ko kagad parents ko. once nag ka Case officer - decision kaagad.

Kasi pag may nakita issue sa medical, at least may time ka pa na ulitin or further med exam.

3. Ang stay nila is depende sa grant na VISA at validity ng VISA na ang mag dedesisyon yung case officer. Pwedeng mas mababa or maigsi ang bigay na stay sa nirequest mo.

mero niba 3 months stay lang na multiple entry with in 12 months
meron iba 3 months stay multiple entry in 3yrs
Malalaman mo lang once na grant na VISA kung ano condition na nakalagay.

dun lang sa Step 2 or 3 yata ?sscroll down mo lang yung page
--- may nakalagay na 2 ways to attached docs.

1rstt - Yung Attach Button.. tpos nakakalito kasi ang daming category at choices ng type ng documents na pag pipilian.

2nd way - scroll down mo lang makikita mo mga sample na documents types tpos sa right side yung Link or button to sttahc thedocument. Hindi lahat yun applicable sayo. Pero at least napili na nila yung category at type ng document.

yung mga required na supporting documents... another link or page yun. Basahin mo yung sa pplciation ng Tourist Visa 600. Naka indicate dun somewhere yung mga documents na required. Hindi ko na matandaan yung link.

Naiba nakais itsura ng screen sicne finalized na. Hindi ko na pwede ma screen shot.

@atchino , thanks for the reply. hmmmm, wala pa akong nakikitang ganun e. ang status right now is Application Received pa din. Baka need magchange muna ng status? o automatic ba na lalabas yung step 2 etc after masubmit ang application? thanks again
