  @mikenbelle hi, gaya ni @viperregs, taga sydenham din kami. walking distance lang yung house sa watergardens mall at train station. available yung buong bahay ng Jan 2016. rent is $330/wk (3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms).
  
  breaking lease kami at naghahanap ng sasalo ng contract namin until May 2016.
