Hi @majkensd, I also had the same question before. I suggest that if your situation is a complicated one and you don't have time to do your own research, better get a licensed migration agent. My husband and I started to process our visa application with our agent in June last year and we received our PR visa this 2nd week of the month. It only took 7 months amidst the complication of our application status. Kung di ka naman nagmamadali, DIY ka na lang. You'll save a big amount of money. Licensed agents' fees range from 80k Php to 200k Php, wala pa gastos sa visa, medical, clearances.

If you have a very special case, maybe...but under normal case, I don't think it is worth it. The application procedure is very clear and information is everywhere in the internet and forum like this unlike in the old days. After all, you are still the one who will gather the necessary documents so parang binabayaran mo lang ang agent mo to tell you what to do next. Save the hundred thousand pesos and use that as your pocket money in Australia
