hi guys, need ko din kasi magpa-certified true copy ng mga docs ko, ask ko lang if nirerequired ba na may appearance yung naka-signed sa documents like statutory declaration? sent via email lang kasi karamihan sa coe ko at statdec. thanks

nope, hindi kailangan ng appearance ng nag sign sa documents..
but technically, ang mag CTC, should compare the Original Copy versus the photocopy( na tatakan as CTCed)..

kung email lang ang mga copies mo, pag-print mo yan that means hindi un ang original copy.. so technically walang basis ang notary public kung nasaan ang Original at ang Copy..

now, meron namang mga notary public na pumapayag kahit hindi nila makita ang "original" copy..

@raki03 hi raki03. question lang. naglodge kasi ako kahapon for ACS assessment.
i am based here in malaysia. yung mga COE ko from Pinas naka-notarize lahat. pero yung COE ko from current company, di ko napa-notarize. colored scan ko naman inupload.
do you think it would suffice?
otherwise, mag-email ba ang ACS to confirm from me or ask a notarized copy?

nagworry lang ako bigla. na-upload ko na kasi eh.

Question po... ung mga COE's ko is from singapore and ok lng po ba na dito ko sa pinas ipa-CTC? will there be any problem once i send it for assesment sa vetassess? baka kc magtaka sila na magkaiba ang bansa. Thanks in advance po.

Same situation here, one of my COE is only sent by email, 2 years din yun. Nakapag CTC ka ba without original document? Nabasa ko dito meron daw ganun.

Galing ako sa notary public dun sa 6th floor Herrera Cityland behind PHCOM Tower.
May small offices dun 6H or 6G sa gilld Lang ng parking area. 20 pesos Lang per page para sa CTC

just to make sure na similar yung mga ipa-CTC ng iba, katulad ko hehehe, just read na hindi pwede yung unang CTC na pinagawa ko kasi sa likod yung stamp, ang nkprint yung statement na Certified true copies, hindi kasama sa rubber stamp mismo. Another thing, need din na may dry seal or stamp (similar to postal stamp) on each document? Any help would be very much appreciated, it would be a very big help (specially for me) to achieve a positive assessment

-regular coe without duties listed
-reference letter from previous colleagues/superiors with duties listed
-job description
-tax return
-all payslips

Hi , na submit mo na ba sa vetassess yung docs mo? Dpat asa harap ng docs yung stamp ng certifying officer kmi kse andito sa OZ eto yung sample how they certify the docs here and accepted by vetassess, pati yung photos na submit dapat nka certify yun sa likod ng photos mo dun i certify, dito police officer or sa magistrate ka lng pede mag pacerttify ng photos, pero sa mga docs like that ganyan ang ginagawa nila

Not sure kung nakuha mo na ung sagot sa tanong mo.
But share ko lang yung CTC format nung sakin.
Merong 4 stamps (using all different rubber stamps) sa front page normally which consists of:
1. Certified True Copy Stamp and signed
2. Notary Public Stamp
3. Date
4. Name and Address of company (if available, my other documents wala)

Not sure about sa 4th stamp if sa Vetassess, kasi sa ACS ko ginamit tong docs ko.
Pero yung 1-3 tingin ko same lang sa kahit anung assessing body.
Baka kaya walang nagpost ng sample document kasi hindi sila comfortable na ilagay online kahit excerpt lang.

Hello po. Tanong ko lng po na may issue po ba sa vetassess kung sa iba iba ung pinag-ctc ko. for example some docs pina-ctc ko dito sa pinas while ung iba is sa Singapore? Thanks in advance po.

sa taas ng thread i attached sample ng ctc dito sa Australia , ganyang ganyn pinasa ng hubby ko sa Vetassess and no problem at all

@leah28 Ma'm you mentioned above na pina-ctc nyo din ung photos nyo, but in the vetassess website sabi no need to certify daw po ung passport size photo.

@Anino78 i-sure mo kung no need to certify kse kmi twice kmi ng passed ng passport photos sa vetassess dahil gusto nila may ctc sa likod, if sabihin nila sa yo directly na ok wla ctc much better, pero sure mo kse pede mag cause ng delay yan sa assessment mo, goid thing kmi andito sa oz mabilis lng nmen i post

@leah28 ahh.. cguro po kasi actual photo. ung sa website po cguro para sa mga mag-lodge online. Try ko po ipa-ctc ung pic ko then scan then lodge online po just to make sure. by the way nag-ccompile pa lng po ako ng mga docs and sana by end of july ma-submit ko na sa vetassess mga docs ko.

hello po.. may question lang. nakasubmit na ako ng requirements sa ACS for skills assessment then bigla lang kinabahan about sa mga pinanotarize ko. di naman po kailangan DFA authenticated diba? kasi yung nagnotarize ng documents ko sa city hall eh hindi yung lawyer mismo. baka lang po magkaproblema? pero may dry seal naman and complete details. sana maliwanagan nyo po ako tungkol dito. salamat po.

@saleeeii hindi kailangan ng DFA Red Ribbon... hindi rin kasama ang DFA sa list ng mga persons/institutions na recognized ng Australia in Certifying Docs...

Notary Public will do, basta sundin mo yung instructions na sinabi ng DIBP na requirement nila for certified true copied docs..

i saw this post... just wanna confirm na til now po is it still required na DFA authenticated (pa-red ribbon po ito di ba) almost lahat ng docs?

and sa pagsubmit po pala ng work reference sa CPA Australia, if sign po sya ng finance manager ko, yung certification po dapat sa notary public ba?

UPDATE lang on Notary in Makati. Nagpanotary ako sa referred ni @Hokage579 6th floor Herrera Cityland behind PBCOM Tower. Rate pa rin nila is 20 pesos per page tapos may certificate ka na babayaran 100 for your copy and 100 for their copy. Before going there make sure na you have 3 photocopies of each document and isang copy iiwan nyo sa kanila at ang isa just in case hindi ok ang pag notary may extra pa. Hindi lang kasi ako natuwa na parang minadali, mga 5 documents ko na smudge ang ink as in hindi mabasa inulit naman nila pero yung original ko kasing binigay is colored photocopy so disappointing lang nevertheless kung mura ang hanap nyo at correct format (sanay sila gumawa ng migration documents) ayun available pa rin sila. PS: close po sila ng weekends. Hope this helps.
