    hello may tanong po ako.. meron na ba ditong na grant na nauna mag entry ang secondary applicant?

    Hindi po pwede. May visa condition na nakalagay sa "Visa grant notice":
    • 8502 - Must not enter Australia before specified person
      The holder of the visa must not enter Australia before the entry to Australia of a person specified in the visa.
    Then sa actual visa stamp ng dependent, nakasulat din na di nga pwede yung entry before the primary.

    @silhouette - hi po, curious lang, if u don't mind my asking, bakit po medyo matagal na finalised medical nyo? medical finalization stage na rin po kami, and want to know what are some cases that can cause delay

    Reply to @angel4ever: oo nga eh kaya napaisip ako tuloy kung anong timeline ung tinutukoy nyo. hehe. mejo brief na po yung nilagay kong timeline di ko na sinama ung skills assessment and IELTS kasi di ko na po na-track sa dami ng nangyari. this is 3 yrs in the making coz i started gathering requirements since 2009 pa. dalawang beses ako nagpa-skills assessment sa ACS and 3 beses ako nagtake ng IELTS. buti nga po di na din kami pinagantay ng matagal from lodging date til ma-approve. And yes po sponsored kami ng sis-in-law ko. Thanks po ulit and God bless din. :)
