    no need for relevant skilled employment assessment. usually for number of years na ikeclaim sia if not straight forward ung case mo, kaya kumukuha ung iba para sure ung points na iclaim. pero if for partner's skills lang, indi na kelangan.

    tama sila, u still need skills assessment. so if engineer ka u need to submit CDR sa IEA and get your skills assessed (skills assessment fee is 635 -not sure kung nagtaas na) and you need to get at least competent english, on top of that yung skills assessment ang wife mo (provided na sia ung main applicant) or vice versa. ang indi na kelangan e ung relevant skilled employment (yung additional $255 sa IEA)

    guys patulong...pwede ba magsubmit ng twice sa eoi...plan ko kasi initially pasok na ako sa 60 points tapos antay ako after a month pag wala ako matanggap na ita plan ko magtake ng pte acad para maging 65 points tapos resubmit..possible ba un?

Everyone, ask ko lang balak ko kasi mag US as a tourist, for five months, wala pa naman ako result sa assesment ko but just in case nag ready na ako mga documents bago pumunta US, para pag may result na makafile agad eoi sa AU. Ang question ko pede ba ako sa US mag conduct ng medicals or need ko umuwi pinas??

    there are recognised panel physicians sa bawat country, so pwede ka magmedical sa US. here's the list http://www.border.gov.au/Lega/Lega/Help/immigration-panel-physicians

    Pag na invite ka ba gaano katagal ka dapat magsubmit for visa?
    you will be given 60 days to lodge a valid visa application once invited to apply.

    nyone here na nagclaim ng points contrary sa nakalagay sa ACS Assessment Result nila and got approved by DIBP?
    Medyo risky to.. Just be careful.. IMO, follow mo nlng ung sa result ng assessment mo.. Kapag na deny ang application sayang ang bayad at lahat ng efforts pati may ban pa.. God bless.

    Ang alam ko po ay 3 years? Not so sure..paki correct po. :)

    Pero baka meron dito na same case mo.tignan natin kung may mag comment..

    Why not try SS subclass190 for the additional 5pts?

    Para kasing may nabasa ako dati na ganun ginawa and was approved. Pero not sure kung may nagrisk after him/her. SS190 na po kasi yan. Section 2 kasi school ko and 25 points nalang ako sa age. Kulang ng 5 points kung hindi ako magcclaim ng work exp. grabe naman po kasi ang acs. 5 years ang inalis sa akon. Gusto ko sana i try nga na magclaim ng 5 points kaso syempre nakakatakot nga.

    Ilan po ang points mo sa english.. Na try mo naba ang Pte?...You can try 20 pts sa exams...yun nga lang additional cost and effort to review again...
