Hi @WELABS kami kinuha namins is AIMS since sunod sunod preparations at blessings na dumating samin and hopefully makuha nadin ang grant this coming weeks. Had to prepare for the wedding that's why we decided to proceed with an agency. But if you have time, kayang kaya mo i hands on ang pag file kasi sobrang laking tulong nitong forum na ito. If I found this forum earlier eh baka hindi nadin kami nag agency at papambaon na lang namin yung fee hehe

Hello

Meron ba dito naka experience ng assessment sa ACS. Halimbawa 5years exp na, tapos diba mag minus 2 ung ACS so 3years exp lang. Tapos ang sinubmit sa EOI eh 5years pa rin under "Employment". So ang points na nakuha sa employment is 10points. Tapos at the end ng EOI kunwari 65points binigay kasi sa breakdown below

Age 25 - 30pts
Bachelor - 15pts
IELTS - 10
Work - 10 (5years sa EOI, pero 3years assessment ng ACS)
Total 65pts

Pero after ma evaluate ng immigration eh 65pts pa rin ba binigay or 60pts nalang?

Anyone na may na experience na ganito lalo sa mga nag pa assess sa ACS?

Work - 10 (5years sa EOI, pero 3years assessment ng ACS)

Hindi na breakdown into 2 sa EOI?

Example:
October 2010 - September 2012 - 2 years not related
October 2012 - September 2015 - 3 years related

Pag hindi ganito ang ginawa, over claiming ng points yun and ma-deny ang VISA. Para kasing cheating sa line ng skillselect yun. Nag panggap ng 65 points para mauna sa pila pero 60 points lang naman dapat.

Skills Assessment - Ilalagay mo yung assessment ng ACS.

Tapos under

Employment - Ilalagay mo lahat ng years of experience mo sa work dito diba? LAHAT meaning simula nung kelan ka nag work sa closely related sa pina assess mo sa ACS (including yung binawas nila na 2 years). Tama? Tapos sa dulo bago i submit yung EOI eh makikita yung lahat ng points na pwede mo ma claim base sa sagot mo diba?

Yup, lahat ilalagay pero yung mga naka YES sa related nominated occupation lang ang mag ka points. Yung na deduct ng ACS, hindi na yun related sa nominated occupation. So yun nga, dapat naka break down yung 5 years experience into 2 kahit na one employer lang yun.
2 years is naka NO yung "related to the nominated occupation" question.
3 years is naka YES yung "related to the nominated occupation" question.

5 points ang ma claim sa ganyang setup.

For Points Tested visas:
By selecting ‘yes’ to this question the client will be awarded points as the client is claiming this skilled employment is related to their nominated occupation, or is closely related.

Skilled employment can also be in a closely related occupation. Any periods of employment in a closely related occupation must be undertaken at the relevant skill level of the nominated occupation. This means employment that the client claims to be ‘closely related’ to the nominated occupation must be:
in the same Australian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations (ANZSCO) Unit Group, or
consistent with a plausible career advancement pathway.
Generally, all unit groups are at one skill level. For example, if an applicant’s nominated occupation is Analyst Programmer (261311) the applicant can include skilled employment in occupations within the same unit group even if the occupation is not on the same skilled occupation list, for the purpose of points.

Skilled employment may also include career advancement and would usually take the form of promotion to a senior role or higher level that relates to their field of expertise and incorporates greater responsibility. For example - Over a 10 year period an accountant or engineer may advance in their career to a chief accountant or chief engineer or a chief executive officer. This type of career advancement may occur outside of the 4 digit ANZSCO unit group but can be considered to be closely related where it follows a well-established path for career advancement.

yup goodluck sating lahat.
By the way, sa mga magpapamedical muna before lodging, pag mag lodge na kayo don't forget to put your HAP ID and medical details sa application niyo. So yung answer niyo dun sa health part kung may medical na kayo should be 'yes'. I believe pag di niyo naanswer to mag gegenerate ng bagong HAP ID.

@baknir mam po ako, sa immi account gawa ka ng new application, then punta ka sa health then 'My Health Declaration'. ayun fillup ang submit then mag gegenerate ng emedical referral letter na dadalin mo sa clinic, nandun nadin ung HAP ID mo.
You can do this steps pag di ka pa naglolodge. Ayun tapos pag maglodge ka na, sa application mo check mo maigi na dapat 'Yes' ang sagot mo dun sa question if nagpamedical ka na

Wala sinabi sa EOI pero sa ACS assessment result meron nakalagay something like:

"The following employment after [Month/Year] is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to [nominated occupation]."

Dun lang sa "after" mag start yung "Closely related" and yun lang yung qualified to get points. Wala pa ko nabasa na info na immigration yung nag bawas ng years to the point na nabawasan ng points. Pero pag nangyari yun, case ng over claiming yun since 65 points was claimed sa EOI, tas na assess ng immigration na 60 points lang pala dapat.

Try mo din check sa ibang forum o kaya start a thread about dyan para madami makakita sa buong forum, mas madami makapag input.
