    @raiden14 @nikx @sunflower @thegreatiam15 salamat! Confirmed that I got all the documents needed kaya nga lang wala ng visa sticker sa passport coz everything is online nga daw. Dinouble check ko pa sa VEVO para makasiguro na hindi ako niloloko ng agent ko at ayun nga, visa granted! Sunod sunod narin kayo as long as napasa niyo na lahat ng documents needed!     Yes, pareho pala tayong 19! *apir* Usually, mga 5 - 8 weeks talaga bago kontakin ng CO. Hindi naman ako nagmamadali kasi hanggang end of March pa ang contract ko sa school na pinagttrabahuhan ko, but still iba parin yung naka-ready na yung visa grant mo diba?

    Good luck saating September batch! Sunud-sunod na yang mga grant na yan. Sana lahat tayo DG na agad hehe.

    Batchmates.. tanong ko lang sino na nakapagpamedical sa inyo? Tumawag kasi ako sa St Lukes, we had our medical last Friday Oct 9, nasubmit na raw nung Oct 13 yung sa baby and hubby ko pero sa account ko sa immi, nakatag pa din as recommended. Usually ba ganun katagal bago magreflect na may medical na?

    @raiden14 ganyan din sakin, oct 2 pa nasubmit yung sakin pero til now recommended padin. pero pag click ko sa get health details eto nakalagay:
    Health requirement – health clearance provided – no action required
    All health examinations required for the specified visa subclass have been finalised. Processing of this person's visa application can now continue. This will not occur until a case officer investigates the case in line with published processing times for the visa that has been applied for. Do not contact the department about health examinations in the meantime.
    So i guess okay na to?

    @sunflower sa start siguro ng financial year para maraming openings agad. Ano po yung requirements sa early childhood na teacher? same line of work kasi kayo ng wife ko. Although pwede naman maghanap ng ibang work pero iba parin kapag alam mo na yung ginagawa mo. If she plans to pursue teaching eh parang nagpa SS ulit siya although andun na nga kami :)

    Dependent ba yung wife mo sa visa application mo? So this means may PR na rin siya? As far as I know, iba-iba kasi ang requirement depending on your target state.

    Kung sa Queensland, eto ang mga kailangan:

    1. Book and take the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Academic Version with at least a score of 7.0 in Reading and Writing and a score of 8.0 in Speaking and Listening.

    2. Complete teacher registration from Queensland College of Teachers (QCT). Lodge certified hardcopy of the following documents: Identity documents (birth certificate, current passport, national identification card, etc), Official academic record/transcript of all studied completed for the award of qualification, Graduation testamur/degree certificate, Partially completed higher education (certified copies of academic records/transcripts), Evidence of English Language Proficiency (IELTS TRF), Written professional reference, Certified copy of a national criminal record check (NBI Clearance), Fee for applicant with a current QLD Blue Card (AUD 241.65). (further information: https://www.qct.edu.au)

    3. Have Early Childhood Teaching qualifications assessed by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority. (further information: http://www.acecqa.gov.au)

    3. Apply for a Blue Card. (further information: https://www.bluecard.qld.gov.au)

    4. Apply for a job. Take note of term dates:
    Term 1: January to April (2 weeks holiday)
    Term 2: April to June (2 weeks holiday)
    Term 3: July to September (2 weeks holiday)
    Term 4: October to December (5 weeks holiday)

    Since the nursing occupation is both in the Skilled Occupations List (SOL) and Consolidated Sponsored Occupations List (CSOL), you may apply for either Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189) or Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190).
