Hi guys!
I've already received my CoE for a graduate diploma that will put me in Assessment Level 2. Have a couple of questions before I submit my visa application.
1. The application forms and websites say that applicants under Assessment Levels 2 and 3 have to provide exceptional reasons for approval. What does this mean? What is an exceptional reason?
2. Should I have my medical exams before my appointment at VSF?
3. The program I'm going to take is a prerequisite for the Master's program I want to take. Is it ok to share during the interview that I intend to apply for another course upon completion?
Thanks guys!

2. Pwede naman kumuha ng HAP Id before yung actual visa application, so kung may 1-2 weeks ka, pwedeng mafinalise na yun, at isama mo sa visa application. Otherwise, hintayin mo yung HAP Id mo, generally 1 day after nila marereceive yung application mo sa Immigration, magpapdala sila ng email.
3. I think it depends on how you say it. Instead na sabihin mo I intend to proceed etc, sabihin mo na this is my goal and I need this in order to get this.
