Good am po. Kakapasa ko lang po lahat ng req para sa 457 visa sa lawyer ng boss ko. Ifile nya na at anytime. Ask ko lang po pag na grant na yung visa meron pa ba kami need gawin dito sa Pinas ? Need pa ba mag submit ng req like bcertificate, nbi, etc.? Thanks po

Kung 20pts sa Language proficiency ang target mo, YES, you need to get an 8 on all bands. Passing is 6.5, pero walang points. 7 is 10pts. I repeat, ALL bands po ang usapan dito. I do not know though, if iba ang requirements pag Teaching ang skill.

Kailangan po ba palaging related sa pinag-aralan or kahit hindi naman as long as I found a good job there?

Hindi po naman required na laging related sa pinag-aralan ang job dun. You can take any job you like as long na qualified ka. For assessment purpose lang po na yung previous work experience mo ay related sa nominated work mo.

@scaseres can you be more specific. So which part are you now? Usually, after malodge ang visa, there will be a CO assigned to your case and they will require you to go for medical and submit police clearances from places you've lived for 12 months or more.. hello all mag ma matter kaya f kukuha ng NBI before d invite date? timing lng kc uuwi ng pinas so i process narin. dko makta sa DIBP site na nagsasabi it shd be issued at least on d invite date bsta dapat recent lg..

maybe may idea kau or may alam kau na nkagawa na nito.. i think bsta valid lg ung cert until u lodge ur visa shd be ok..exmple 1yr nmn validity ng NBI so if mag process ka ds mnth its valid til nxt yr and as long as u lodge ur visa within nxt yr..

please share ur expertise

-Yes, it usually affects your IED.
-If you will personally process it in Pinas, you can get it on the same day but most people practically go to NBI office to queu at 6AM for 8AM office opening ;(
-During my time, I requested NBI clearance while I'm abroad. I hope nothing changes this time

thank u! grabe indi parin nagbabago no...legendary tlaga sa pinas ang pag q queue ng maaga hehe. d last time kumuha ako ng NBI mga 8 yrs ago pa un..wala man lng enhancement , well other than d appointment online. hopefully matapos within one day. thnks again!

@jkk32w Oo nga. tama ka jan. buti nga mejo okay na ung process ng nbi using online appointment. pero mahaba pa din pila. hehe. at ang nakakainis pa, sa haba ng pangalan ko, 3 names, with 38 letters including surname and may III sa dulo, akalain mong may hit pa ko. haha. so I had to wait for a week. but since not urgently needed naman, it's no big deal naman sa kin. Just wondering how the "hit" in NBI works. haha

OT na so back to the topic, for me kung plan mo naman hindi paabutin ng 1 year IED mo, it's ok na kumuha na agad ng NBI

@all...guys ask ko lang..kasi dba isa sa mga needed ipasa pag nagkaruon ng ITA ay payslip.,..pano kaya ito...proprietor ako...wala me payslip...may gantong case ba sa thread...patulong naman para mapaghandaan...or kung magpagawa na lang ako ng payslip ko sa company ko...para ndi na ako mahirapan?

@jrgongon why not just show your proof/docs of being proprietor. payslip is used to prove one's employment to a company, then provide ka na lang ng proof of being owner/holder ng property/company? Then bank statements showing regular deposits from the company to your personal acct kung meron. HTH

sched kopa uwi namin sa pinas. mahal ng medical dito sa UAE 12k pesos pr person. tapos NBI thru consulate mga 5k pesos per person din mggastos then cmplicated pa process at matgal..jusko. uwi nlng kami f mgka time may libreng tickets pa nman kami from company that we cn use.

grabe nga dinagdagan ng mga 97% ung price ng NBI. kahit markup na word indi applicable. anyhow option nmn yan ng mga hindi mkakauwi pro un nga sobrang mahal need pa kc isama ang SPA pra dw sa mag process sa pinas in behalf of d requestor kaya aabot ng 5k. so mismo ang consulate na nag r request ng NBI need ng SPA pra i honor ng NBI satin..juicecolored! haha

Umwi pa naman aka this week para sa NBI. May appointment ago sa qc city hall ng 1pm for nib.. nag online appointment ako.. will update you guys kung makuha ko ba sya by today..
