Double Room for Rent in St Leonards

Hi,

I have one double room for rent available now. The double room has built in mirrored wardrobe and can fit in a double bed and a desk. It also has access to a shared balcony. Rent is 290aud per week inclusive of all bills, internet and foxtel. The room can be furnished or unfurnished.

I will have a queen sized room available for rent as well in January (date to be confirmed). The room also has a built in wardrobe with an access to a shared balcony. I can consider couples to rent out the room.

Parking is available at an extra cost.

The unit is located in a resort style complex in St Leonards. St Leonards train station is about 5 to 7 minutes walk. The unit is also near (walking distance) to the Royal North Shore hospital.
