It is important to take note of these dates. You will need to leave Australia or make alternative arrangements with the department before this date or you will become unlawful. If you think you will not be able to depart Australia by the date your visa expires, you should contact the department as soon as possible.
Call them as per your grant.. >-

My Questions are :
1. can I still reapply? if yes, ilang months after?
2. Ano pam pong documents ang dapat kong I-submit?\
3. may cases po ba na after 1 month nag apply uli tas na approve?
4. may malaking factor po ba ang mga visas? kasi lahat ng na visit ko prior to my application non visa required countries eh.
Im starting to lose hope pero Im still being positive. wala naman ako kamaganak dun puro friends lang. I just really want to go to Australia for vacay.
Eto po mga na submit ko :
ITR,COE, Bank Statement, PAssports, Photo 2x2,NSO BC
I will appreciate any comments or suggestions etc.
Thanks
Eto po yung nakalagay :
After careful consideration of all the information you have provided, I was not satisfied that
you met the relevant criteria for the grant of this visa as set out in Australian migration law.
The attached Decision Record provides more detailed information about this decision and the
applicant(s) it applies to.
Whilst the applicant has supplied relevant information relating to their personal circumstances
in the Philippines, the documentation supplied by the applicant has failed to demonstrate that
the applicant has significant ties to the Philippines that would induce them to return home
within the validity of their visa nor would it be reasonable for them to be away from the
commitments and responsibilities that they have demonstrated for the purposes of a holiday.
Therefore, I give no weight to asset ownership, business ties or cultural ties as evidence that
the applicant intends a genuine visit to Australia and cannot consider these ties as factors that
will induce the applicant to depart Australia within the validity of their visa.
It is necessary to provide adequate evidence with every application in order to satisfy decision
makers that the applicant’s situation in their home country is such that they would not
potentially seek recourse to unlawful employment onshore or to seek to remain onshore. On
this occasion the applicant has failed to do this. Whilst I have given careful consideration to
the reason stated for the visit, I find that the stated purpose travel does not outweigh the
various concerns associated with the application as outlined above. The applicant has not
provided sufficient evidence, in accordance with policy to demonstrate that their true
intention is only for a genuine visit to Australia. I am therefore not satisfied that the applicant
meets cl600.211(c).
Decision
As the applicant does not meet clause 600.211(c), I find that you do not meet the criteria for
the grant of a VISITOR (Class FA) VISITOR (Subclass 600) visa.
Therefore, I refuse your application for a VISITOR (Class FA) VISITOR (Subclass 600) visa
lodged at Manila.

@batman, nakita ko sa timeline mo na approved yung visitor's visa mo. Paano mo pala sinubmit yung passport sized photo? Ni-scan mo lang din?
One recent passport sized photograph (45 mm x 35 mm) of each person included in the application.
These photographs should be of the head and shoulders only against a plain background.
Print the name of the person on the back of the photograph.

Good day.
I'm newbie here sa forum, may tanong lang po ako regarding sa tourist visa application for my fiancee.
Here's our situation:
I am working here in Brisbane as an IT professional under 457 visa. I was granted this visa last Aug of 2015. My gf and I recently got engaged and I would like her to come first here in AU for a month as a tourist, before our big day, which we plan to celebrate in PH later this year. This is also to give her a chance to experience Aussie life firsthand before i eventually add her in my 457 visa once we got married.
Now, my main concern is the accomadation part. Currently I live in a small single room apartment near the city. Although she doesn't mind staying with me kahit maliit yung space, however thinking about how strict AU is in terms of living conditions, I am just worried that this might not work for us.
Do you guys think I can sponsor for her accomodation here? What do you suggest we do?
Also, do you think I should state in the letter of invitation our plans of getting married in the PH? Would it not jeopardize our application later for her 457 dependent visa?
Thanks po sa sasagot.
God bless po.
