    question po, does this mean na dapat nakatake na sila ng ielts before maglodge ng application?

    pero nakita ko po... ung functional english:

    Completed at least five years of secondary education in an institution in or outside Australia and all instructions were in English."

    ano pong pwedeng proof d2? college holder na kc ung husband ko, and dependent ko sana xa

    yes, you can request for letter from the school that the medium of instruction is in english. no need to take the ielts.

    @majekoy 1st, you need to know if your occupation is in the SOL then you will see the assessing body, go to their site to get the information needed on how to apply...here is the link to SOL

    1) Birth certificate/ marriage contract.
    NSO scanned copy suffice na po ba or kailangan authenthicated by Australian Embassy.

    2) Character requirements/ Police certificate
    Kapag nagstay po ba ako ng more than 12 monhts in other countries but not continuous within 10 years kailangan pa po ba ng police cert. from those countries.

    afaik, wala pong definite schedule ang pagsend ng mga states ng 190 invitations, although for NSW, parang may pattern na usually Thursday sila nagpapadala, but this isn't exactly fixed.

    For OFW's, if your visa was denied, you can file an appeal right away as it takes a lot of time. If you think the immigration officer made a mistake in your application even you provide them proof, chances are high that you can get your visa.

    I work at IIBT Vietnam as an OFW. And I can talk to Visa Experts from Australia.

    Apply Work Visa in Australia in a right and accurate way.
