    @jrgongon ginawa ko nun sa VIC, sinelect ko VIC sa EOI then applicant driven yung application ng SS so nagpunta ako sa site nila para maglodge ng application..hihingin nila ung EOI number mo..nagreply sila agad to ask further evidences..kaso di pa rin ako nagrant :(

    @tiggeroo super salamat sa advice..nakita ko yung note na sinabi nyo po now lng "If you are currently still with this employer you can leave the "date to" (end date of employment) field blank. If your circumstances change you must update your details."

    Pwede mo po ifill-up yung form electronically, tapos ang iprint mo na lang siguro is the last page where you have to affix your signature, and then scan it, and then re-attach it to the rest of file. :)
