Sa mga Oz PR, is it worth to consider moving to New Zealand since allowed naman pumunta sa NZ to live & work without applying for any visa. What are the pros & cons. Thank you!

    Sa mga Oz PR, is it worth to consider moving to New Zealand since allowed naman pumunta sa NZ to live & work without applying for any visa. What are the pros & cons. Thank you!
    Pros:
    1) New Zealand is a very beautiful country.

    Cons:
    1) The cost of living in New Zealand is as expensive (if not more) as major Australian cities.
    2) Petrol is around 30% more expensive
    3) Salaries are lower
    4) Houses are more expensive

    And another point to ponder is, what will you do if your PR in Australia expires? I don't think you can renew it without meeting a residency requirement in Australia mismo.

    Is the financial support/accomodation support the factor why you are considering NZ? then why not apply as immigrant sa NZ? Because eventually you still want to live on your own. Unless siguro kulang ka financially to start on your own but if capable naman, start on your own sa Australia..wala ka pang problema in meeting the requirements in applying for citizenship later and can go later sa NZ as Australian citizen

    tama ang mga comments above. para sa akin kunin mo muna ang citizenship mo bago ka pumunta dun. kasi kung pupunta ka ng new zealand eh baka matatagalan kang makakuha ng australian citizenship dahil sa residency requirements.

    I have to agree :) d pa ako nakakapunta ng NZ ah but I follow this vlogger and make up guru named Shannon Harris (shaaanxo name ng channel nya sa youtube) and madalas nyang ivlog ang NZ and grabe ang linis at super ganda :) I must say Rotorua is a beautiful place.. Madalas syang magvlog kasama bf nya at yung mga places na pinupuntahan nila ng boyfriend nya. Tiga Palmerston North sya and maganda din yung lugar na yun :).. Even si Judy Ann Santos sobrang hanga sa NZ kasi she went there for a holiday with her family :)

    I agree kay @TasBurrfoot. NZ is really a beautiful place...Nung pumunta kami ng hubby ko late last year, Napaisip din kami na lumipat sa NZ.. Okay sana kung may naghihintay na work or free/cheap accommodation... Pero kung maghahanap pa ng work, medyo alanganin.. Yung price kasi ng bilihin kung hindi same, mas expensive pa compared sa au..

    Try the TranzAlpine train tour from Christchurch to Greymouth, a four hour train journey passing through NZ southern Apls, one of the best train journeys in the world. :-)
