    hi @john_gil9 we live an hour away from melbourne (geelong, cbd). let me know if you're interested. Melbourne is so accessible to us by train or we drive down too on the weekends.

    @Miyawski - sa Doveton area. Malaking tulong if someone just visit the propoerty. Then we can apply for it. Sabi kasi ng agent on the phone nung nakausap namin. Kahit a firend who can check the property pwede na. Malaking hassle kasi to fly just to visit.
