Question po ulit. Dun sa pag-fill up ng lodgement ng visa, naalala ko kasi iniwan ko lang blank yung "To" date dun sa current employment ko, pero ngayon hinihingan kasi ako ng "To" date sa duration ng employment. Ilagay ko na lang ba yung date ngayon or imatch ko dun sa ACS assessment result (up to December 2015 lang yung nasa ACS)?

gamitin nyo po ung link sa email notification sa inyo ng skill select which will direct you to immiaccount page. May fifill outan kayo questionnaire, 17 pages and in end me apply button

Kailangan po ba talaga na ITR or pwede na ang SSS contribution report katulad sa EA?

Dun lang po relevant sa nominated occupation.

ITR, payslip or payroll bank statement as these will prove that your employement was paid.. ang SSS kasi puedeng voluntary di ba meaning kahit unemployed puedeng maghulog dun.
