Nung ginawa ko yan I ask lang ng COE sa HR namin so ang sinubmit kosa ko sa ACS eh COE + Stat Dec. Yung stat dec ko ex boss ko ang ang sign plus kasama ang ID nya at ayun pumasa naman ako sir. As of the moment unemployed ako ngayon ( nagresign ako after kung pumasa sa ACS ).. Unemployed ba kayo sir ngayon?

@kittykitkat18 thanks po sa info, nagreply na sakin yun ACS, binigyan ako 30 days to submit all certified docs, yun isa kong company closed na sa pinas hinihingan kc ako detailed COE, pano po pag ganun? maraming salamat po,malaking tulong po talga kayo sa mga newbies sa forum, more blessings po

Thanks sa reply. Ayun meron nga akong COE pero since ayaw nila ng may roles na nakalagay, need ko ng stat dec. Pero I think may copy rin ako ng certificate of clearance.

May work ako ngayon, kakalipat lang. Sakto, gamitin ko yun past companies ko sa application. Total of 8 years exp rin.

Nagsubmit ka na po ng EOI mo? Pwede po bang makahingi nun format ng stat dec/affidavit mo? Di ko kase sure kung anu yun tama o hindi, mahirap na pag nagkamali.

hello, ano po yun list of docs na need ipanotarize? yun nasubmit ko kasi sa ACS yun scanned original docs from university and un COE from the company, tama po ba na yun lang un ginawa ko or dapat panotary pa talaga lahat? thank u

hello anyone na lately nagapply sa ACS na from feu-east asia.

ask ko lang if may nakakuha na ba sanyo lately ng AQF Advance Diploma major in computing? I was really dissapointed sa result na toh coz apply ko na ANZCO is swak sa course and all relevant experience ko as a software tester for 10yrs. ang binawas sakin 6yrs.

need your expert advise as this is really stressful.

to know your school section. FEU is section 2 naman, baka pwede pa sir appeal to bachelors.

Hope may makakatulong po sa case namin. We are currently in australia under student visa. We want to start applying for PR at si hubby ang magiging primary applicant. Hubby has a total of 10yrs IT experience but as of now indi po IT related ang current job nya. May question is, are we still qualified to apply for PR even hubby is not currently working as IT?

@Samantita how long ago ung experience nya sa IT sis? Pwede naman 3, 5 or 8 yrs exp in the last ten years. Basta in the last ten years lang ung i-count nila

which year nag start yung 10yrs work nia. does he have enough points to meet the passmark without state nomination? if yes, then qualified kayo to apply. kung hindi namn enough for 189, you might encounter problems for state nomination as some state requires 12/ 24 months of work experience.

@mykiemyk usually they look at your school, course, subjects and sometimes even grades.
Pag east asia pala sir section 3 and is equivalent to diploma. Refundable naman po ang appeal fee once you get a result that is favorable. Di maiwasan meron talagang differences sa assessments, may kilala din ako section 1 school with computing course 4 years bawas, bawi nalang sa IELTS. Hopefully mag reply na ang assessor mo, nagchange po ba ung status ng application mo sa ACS after sending the email?

hi guys, possible ba na maging suitable na yung skill occupation ko if nacomplete ko na yung 5 years experience? currently kasi na assessed as AQF Diploma major in computing. tapos 'unsuitable', eh my 4.8 experience palang ako. if mag wait ako till june 2016 to complete 5 years, possible ba na maging 'suitable' assessment?

Good Day forumers

. I would like to ask po sana those who went via RPL route, ilang mb po inabot yung laking file size niyo?. Nag send na rin po ako ng email sa ACS, waiting pa sa sagot nila, although it would be helpful kung eron po dito na may same na pinagdaanan and got the instruction from ACS. Di ko po alam paano i uupload maedyo malaki yung file size nung akin, although naka 200 dpi resolution naman lahat ng scanned files

As per the Skills Assessment Guidelines for Applicants;
The “Skill Level Requirement Met Date” will be noted on your ACS result letter and will be determined by the outcome of the suitability criteria.
All relevant work experience completed after the “Skill Level Requirement Met Date” will be considered “Skilled Employment” and eligible for points under the skilled migration points test.
The work experience required to meet the suitability criteria is NOT included as “Skilled Employment” and is NOT eligible for points under the skilled migration points test.
The date provided in your skill assessment result letter is the date you have met the ACS requirements.
As your Bachelor has been assessed as being comparable to an AQF Advanced Diploma with a major in computing that is closely related to the nominated occupation, you are required to demonstrate 5 years (in the last 10 years) of relevant experience. This is completed on October 2011.
October 2011 is the date you have met the ACS requirements and is the date in which you are deemed to have reached the appropriate skilled level for your nominated occupation.
Please refer to the Summary of Criteria.
After this date you may be able to claim points for your experience with the Department of Immigration – please contact them for further information.
Your Bachelor has been assessed in alignment with the Australian national education standards and your education institution.
As per your assessment outcome your Bachelor has been assessed as being comparable to an AQF Advanced Diploma.
If you disagree with the assessment of your qualification you can lodge a Review or Appeal application within 60 days. Please refer to the Review and Appeal Guide.

@mykiemyk check mo sir review or appeal, kung may maidadagdag ka na document or proof from your school to change the outcome. Baka pwede mo maitanong doon sa kilala mo na same school and degree kung anu-ano mga pinasa niya from the school to get a bachelors assessment?
Kung wala na talaga, and I'm guessing na with 10yrs exp your age should be around the 25-32 bracket so that will get you 30 points. Then for the diploma 10 points. Then skilled employment for 4+ yrs that will be 5 points. Total for now is 45 points.
Options will be to get band 8 in the english exam now for 20 pts to get you 65 points.
Or wait until Oct 2016 so you get 5yrs skilled employment for 10 points and just have to get at least a band 7 in the english exam for 10 points for a total of 60 points.
Parang sa recent rounds down to 60 points from 65 na ulit ang quota for 2613XX, so mukhang may chance.

ielts kasi ung natake ko. pero From what I can see nowadays, mas madami nakaka achieve ng target score nila sa PTE Academic. Level of difficulty should be the same pero I guess yung flow ng test and format e mas ok ung PTE Academic. This is based from what I read and feedbacks din ng mga kakilala na both nakapagtake ng PTE Academic at IELTS. Personally kahit dko pa natake yung PTE Academic, I think mas ok sia pero minsan depende pa din kun ano mas comportable para sa nagtetake. Ang downside ng PTE e since computer based test sia and you will be sitting in a room with about 5 others or more taking the test,there is a chance na madistract ka or mahiya ka during the speaking component. Kasi madami kayo sa room.
