@attysarle I see so ibig sabihin puede din talaga isama ang government and depende na rin siguro kung maapprove or hindi.

Sana nga mapagbigyan ako kasi kung job vacancies lang naman puede naman ako makapagbigay ng bago.

@kholoudmanlucu I'm not sure kasi hindi ko na makita old versions ng guidelines. But I think wala masyadong pinagkaiba sa situation ko ang August and January version. Sa February version lang madami bago kasi wala na ang portion na sinasabi na puwede mag-apply for nomination ang dependent ng naka-student visa (post-grad).

Before ako mag-apply for sponsorship sumulat ako sa ACT Business Migration and asked them if it was possible for them to sponsor me. Sinabi ko ang situation ko tapos they kind of guided to on what to do next (waivers etc.)

@attysarle I see, puede palang mag paguide sa kanila. Siguro before ko din nasubmit yung papers ko nag ask muna din ako dapat sa kanila. The problem is yung agent ko, ako pa ang nagsasabi ng gagawin nila.

Kasi sa letter nila hinihingan ako ng job offer. Eh according sa January 2016 guideline if merong relative hindi ko na kailangan ng job offer. Nag-email din ako sa kanila tapos nag-clarify ako bawat points. First point hindi ko kailangan ng job offer since nung nag apply ako ang guideline na sinunod ko is January 2016. Sabi dun either job offer or close relative kung close ang occupation mo. Second point, may clause na nagsasabi na puede ako mag pasa ng government vacancy if maprove ko na competitive ako. Or if possible, bigyan nila ako ng chance na magpasa uli ng mga bagong job vacancies.

Gusto ko na ipull out yung papers ko sa agent kasi they can not advise me. Ako pa nga ang nagsabi sa kanla na I can apply in ACT for 190.

@attysarle Hi. pwede po mag patulong. nag aaply din ako ng visa 190. kattapos ko lang din mag aral dito sa act at inaantay ko nalang ung anmac assessment ko. sabi po sa akin ng kaibigan ko next na daw ung eoi tapos act nomination. pano po steps nun? wla po kasi ako pang bayad ng agent kaya tanong2 lang at research din. mahal kasi bayad ng PR pag family with 2 kids. dko pa alam kung san ko kukunin un. pray lang tlga.

@attysarle I received a mail from them. So I can reapply with revised job, pero I need to pay again the fee for the re assessment.

Hirap maghanap ng work sa ACT kasi lahat required clearance and citizenship. And the thing is that they want it to be exactly written engineer sa category ng job vacancy, although some jobs are technical indoor/outdoor sales na puede ako.

tanong ko lang po pag visa 189, ano po ba ang process para sa SS? EOI tapos pag may ITA na apply for SS before lodging for visa 189?inaaral ko po kasi yung proseso since yung work ko is nasa CSOL. salamat po.

@engineer20 Him puede ba gumawa ng dalawang EOI? Halimbawa isa para sa NSW and isa para sa ACT?

@kholoudmanlucu ako dalawa eoi ko, isang 189 + 190 for WA then another is 190 for NSW alone. Nakareceive ako invites sa parehas..

@se29m i see so puede pala yun. Thanks a lot. Naconfused kasi ako. Meron pa akong questions:
1. Pinalitan ko yung dati kong EOI with preferred state from NSW to ACT, yun sana ang ipapasa ko sa reapplication ko sa ACT nomination pero di ko alam na may ginawang isang aacount yung agent ko na EOI with preferred state as ACT. Actually naassess na yung ACT nomination ko and I have to resubmit new job applications and napasa na ng agent ko yung EOI with ACT as my agent. Now, I am reapplying as individual.
Makakaapekto ba na ipapasa ko yung dating EOI with NSW changed to ACT? Yun kasi lang ang account na binigay nya sa akin with username and password.
2. Ok lang ba na gumawa na lang ako ng mga bagong EOI kasi hindi ko na alam kung anong mga EOI yung pinasa ng agent ko. I am really confused.

@kholoudmanlucu mag pullout ka na ba sa agent mo? it will confuse kasi yung CO ng ACT if papalitan mo yung eoi number dun sa initial eoi number na mayroon silang correspondence..

@se29m Yep and na adviced ko na yung CO ko, and they said its OK, apply lang daw akoo as individual.

@attysarle Mukhang nabusy ka. How is your application? I will submit again my application this Saturday but as individual. I cancelled my agent. So I hope this time everything is OK especially job vacancies. Pinacheck ko na sa sister in law ko living in Aussie na lahat ng isusubmit ko does not require citizenship.

@kholoudmanlucu yup, busy sa medical follow up. Hindi kasi na-update sa database ng dibp/bupa iyong TB test ng partner ko. Sumulat pa ako para ma-clear at hindi na ipaulit iyong test. 3 months kasi tatagal iyon. Busy din sa school kasi start na ng classes.

@rich88 @kholoudmanlucu Yup!! dun sa updated list merong nag reopen. Pero in case na close pa din, like in my case.. pede ka pa din may apply as long as may close relative na mag sponsor sayo.. Hope this help..

Another question, let's say nag submit ka ng EOI ng closed pa yung occupation. Outright rejection ba matatanggap mo? Or will it remain in their database just in case na mag re-open eh mapoprocess na nila?

I think different states have different rules. sa Victoria kasi pag na-reject ka, 6 months hihintayin mo before re-application. Hope someone here from ACT can advise me on this..

Yep gagawa ka ng employment statement. Ieexplain mo kada job vacancy bakit ka qualified na mag apply sa vacancy na yun. And dapat yung isusubmit mo na job vacancy is according to your skill nomination. It means kapag engineer ang skill mo kailangan ang category ng job vacancy is engineer din. And also you have to be careful with the vacancies na kailangan ng citizenship or clearances coz they will reject it.

Yep, same as my case. Close yung sa akin pero I have relative so I am able to apply. It is either you have close relatives or job offer.

As for my first application, it was rejected dahil sa nasubmit ko na job vacancies but I was able to resubmit my application right away revising my job vacancies. So no need to wait for 6 months.

After lodging your EOI with preferred location as ACT, you still have to apply in ACT website. Saka pa lang nila ipoprocess yung application mo.

yes may chance pa. if closed sa ACT try NSW Stream 2. may mga kilala ako naselect sa NSW with occupations such as recruitment consultant and conference and events organiser.
