possible ba i appeal ito? I have submitted my IT certifications though I came from section 3 school.

@kittykitkat18 wala eh, inemail ko yung nag send ng result. sana magreply, if ano possible solution na gawin if pwede ba i appeal or hindi.
tapos sinabi ko naman if mga grades, and certifications ko. sana my alternative.

Hmmm more than the school baka kulang lang ng number of work experience na pwede ideduct to meet the 5 years mentioned above. Kasi I think even yung deducted work experience should also be closely related sa nominated skills.

@mariem actually sis ok lng khit 0 experience bsta assessed as suitable ung nominated occupation mo. May kakilala ako suitable sya sa comp net and sys engr pro ang experience is 0 kasi 4 yrs deduction. May grant na kasi nag visa 190 pra sa 60 pts

@redmartrichard Ang important is suitable ung nominated occupation..bka hndi detailed ung jd mo. Pde mo re-appeal pro ano supporting docs mo for that? Or bka may other suitable syo na occupation

@kittykitkat18 very detailed. One of my COE is 2 pages. The other one is 3 pages.

Tapos tinanong ko nga if ano other alternatives, so yun waiting nalang.

And yup tama ka. kahit 0 makuha ko sa experience okay lang. Kasi my PTE exam naman na pambawi to reach 60 points.

@kittykitkat18 i guess dahil nagkulang ako ng 4 months to complete my 5 years experience.

pero yung iba dito nababasa ko, galing sa section 3 school din, assess as AQF Bachelor Degree. pero waiting nalang sa reply. since tao din naman sa other side, i hope maconsider naman nila kahit AQF diploma and subtract 4.8 of my experience.

@redmartrichard basta never give up even if you will be doing other options. i initially got a negative assessment pero dapat EYE ON THE PRIZE and exhaust whatever we can exhaust para umusad yung application... Good Luck!

@se29m @kittykitkat18 yes. kung wala pa din, no choice, need to wait till june to complete 5 years. Pero currently nag move na sya from "with assessor" to "in progress".

@redmartrichard dpat SUITABLE ung nominated occupation mo. It doesnt matter kng 5 or 10 yr experience. Maybe u can check other suitable occupation na included sa SOL or CSOL

Hi bro @redmartrichard, if i may ask, pwede ko bang malaman kung ano yung JD na nilagay mo? Mejo malawak kasi ang category na software engineering.

ako mismo, hindi ko rin sure if software engineering ba ako or software tester. kindly enlighten me bro.

@richmondkv the CO said that my JD is inline with my chosen skill occupation. Ang issue lang is my degree was assessed as comparable to AQF diploma because it belongs to section 3, so i need 5 years experience, currently I dont have that, I only have 4.8. Need to wait till June.

JD ko is more on Developing, architecture, planning, and setup of apps.

@redmartrichard bro, lead software test analyst ako. my instinct tells me to apply for software tester, pero kung lulusot sa software engineer, mas ok syempre.

chineck ko rin ung ICT Quality assurance engineer at ICT systems test engineer, pero parang more on technical na to at infrastructure level, hindi na sya akma sa akin kasi focus ko tlg is software.

@richmondkv yes, atleast 65% of your JD must align with your selected skill occupation. You can check anzcosearch kung ano tlga meaning ng Software Engineer. Yung dun kasi sa ACS, ang labo, halos pare pareho lang ng description. Here's the link https://www.anzscosearch.com

If you can show in your JD that you can design and develop software plus your testing skills. my possibility na suitable assessment mo which is align sa Education mo, anyway aadvise ka naman ng CO ng ACS if 'not suitable', then you can email him / her, kung bakit ganun. Better you do your research first then ask mga Software Testers dito kung ano route ginawa nila.

Hi Guys, received ko yun result ng assessment ko sa ACS, unsuitable for System Analyst, wala akong nakuha sa 8 yrs experience ko kasi not closely related daw, my iba ba kayong ways para makapasok ako sa australia? siguro student visa na lang yun pwede,sayang lahat nun pinaghirapan ko di naman pala ko makapasok sa skilled migration, thanks.

@ash baka may ibang mas suitable na occupation sayo.. Check mo yung sol or csol baka may mas suitable sayo dun.. Ano bang line of work mo or nominated occupation mo?

@ash have you tried checking related occupation nka list sa VETASSESS or TRA? They also assess for migration.

@guenb @se29m thanks for the reply, System Analyst un nakita kong related sa work experiences at course ko, eto un reply ng ACS sa BS Information Technology (BSIT) has been assessed as comparable to an AQF Diploma with a major in computing. then yun sa work experiences not closely related, siguro try ko na lang ulit maghanap ng pede na medyo malapit sa system analyst or any computer related.

@ash maybe you can request a more comprehensive COE from your previous/present employer and ensure na yung job description is talagang pang dun sa nominated occupation mo.. check mo sa anzscosearch yung occupation and andun yung duties and responsibilities.. parang dapat 70-80% yata parehas nung nasa coe mo..

@ash i also got a negative result from vetassess initially. nag mukmok ako 3 weeks then laban ulit para makahanap ng ibang nominated occupation na pede.. good luck sa application.. laging tandaan, eyes on the prize

@se29m one time request lang un sa mga previous employers ko pahirapan kumuha ng detailed COE, anyways try ko yun mga suggestions nyo, un sa BSIT assessed as comparable to an AQF Diploma with a major in computing? ano po ibig sabihin nun?
