Hi guys! Gusto ko talagang mag migrate. I know mahabang process po ito. I am BS Airline Management Graduate pero Experience ko sa Airport as Ground Staff for 3years, tapos Sales (Real Estate Agent) nearly 2years na. My long term plan po is magiging PR po. I have dilemma kung ano kukunin ko if Advanced Diploma of Business/Marketing OR Advanced Diploma of Hospitality. Wala kasi sa SOL ang skill ko. Sa CSOL naman andoon if matapos ako nang Advanced Diploma.

May agency akong nahanap dito na SVP siya. So wla na daw IELTS. Is it possible na soon for PR i will take my IELTS in AU?

I will appreciate lahat nang sagot po. I am so torn po. Medyo nalilito na talaga kasi ako sa dami kong nabasa po. SALAMAT PO!

@tiggeroo upon checking section 3 ang school ko, BS Comp. Sci ako, and may mga certifications related sa software development. if 6 years nga and deduction medyo malaki laki ang mababawas sakin, 3yrs nalang matira sa experience ko because of this.

@louieg hmmm sa certifications po parang cisco and microsoft lang ung tinatanggap ng ACS at assessed lang din nila ito as diploma equivalent kung walang degree or not related ung course. Nasa #9 Vendor Certifications ng ACS guideline po ung list of accepted certificates para ma check mo po ung sa certifications nyo kung considered.
Otherwise, aim for 20 points in the english exam... madami na din dito nakakagawa, ung iba ay perfect scores pa, I bet kaya niyo rin po \m/

@tiggeroo Thanks, malamang ganun na nga lang ang strategy ko, btw ung Certification ko is Microsoft MCPD, pero un nga diploma lang din ang treatment, pano ba makaperfect ng PTE that's a thousand dollar question.

BTW sabi nila mas madali raw ang PTE kesa sa IELTS, I plan to go for PTE.

hello, kapag ba walang natirang years sa work experience, need pa bang indicate yung work experience sa EOI? Like for example dineduct sakin ni ACS is 5 years and I only have 5 years exp. so 0 nalang sya nun. salamat sa makakasagot.

@redmartrichard if nakalagay sa outcome letter, yes, you cannot put in eoi as skilled employment yung 5 years deduction.. You will still include in your eoi, but will click on not relevant skilled employment..

Hello po ask ko lang if meron ba dito na-invite at na-grant nang 189 visa with 60 points. No working experience. Nakuha ko po yong 60 points kasi dito po ako nag aral ng nursing sa australia.. Kung point-based po pasok po ako sa banga pero baka hanapan pa po ako nang working experience. Ok lang po ba kaya yon? Thanks

normally yes, meaning nascreen na ung documents mo ng case officer. as for the evidence of functional English, you can provide your spouse’s IELS(or other English) test result or provide a letter from your spouse’s University/School stating that the medium of instruction is in English. At least 2 years of education in College or 6 years ata in primary/ secondary.

Hi guys,

sa mga software engineers dito, ano ung usual na nasa JD nyo? sa anzsco kasi same na same ang tasks ng software engineer at ng software tester. mas pabor sana if software engineer ang ma-assess sa akin since d na kelangan ng state nomination.

My experience btw is in software testing, 6 years. majority nun is manual at nakapag lead na rin ako ng isang malaking team. sana may makapag advise.

wala na pong visa label ngyn as far as i know linked na sa passport ung visa grant so once nagparenew ka ng passport, u need to get it updated. congrats sa grant!

Hi guys. This is a very important question. I hope someone can answer my queries. Basehan ko kasi if I'll take the skilled worker visa or the student visa. Para hindi masayang yung pera.

My father owned a small construction business. So after graduation, nagtrabaho ako sa kanya ng 1 year and 6 months. Bali yung work ko sa kanya falls under junior electrical assistant, taga assist lang ako ng kahit anong electrical work. Bali first job yung tingin ko sa kanya kasi may mga project kami outside the city, mining and commercial buildings. Ang problema dun, since sa tatay ko naman yun, hindi ako kinunan ng SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig and TIN number. Ma e include ko kaya yan sa work experience ko sa skilled worker visa? Nagdadalawang isip kasi ako baka hanapan ako ng SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig and ITR sa time frame na yan. Baka yan kasi ang reason na ma deny ako ng visa. Sayang naman ang inipon kong pera
