@Dukee not too sure for nt and tas ss. Sa Victoria you have to inform them and give the eoi number. For wa and nsw you just select their state sa eoi and wait for them to contact you. It may help you to check the guidelines they set on their website for state sponsorship to be sure..

@se29m thank you for your reply. Kaya hindi ko alam kung ako ang mangunguna mag inform sa TAS & NT kung kailangan ko na ba mag submit sa kanila. Sept pa kasi ako ng submit ng EOI eh wala pa result kaya inip na ako

I'm architect by profession but going the route as architectural draftsman. Konti nga ang mga job offer ng mag check ako sa seek. That what i heard na need na may job offer pero konti nga lang or walang job posting.

@Dukee sayang yung time mula ng nagpasa ka ng eoi. NT at TAS kailangan ikaw magapply for sponsorship. Sa TAS kailangan ng job offer at sa NT may ilang requirements kailangang ipasa. Not sure lang kung open pa occupation mo sa NT. Check mo ACT alam ko open na ulit arki draftsman dun. Mabilis lang sila magupdate ng occupation kaya mas kung mabilis ka makakapagpasa ng application.

@Dukee open nga 312111 sa ACT kaya pwede mo iconsider applying for a sponsorhip sa kanila. try to check sa website process ng ACT. you also need to pay $300 when you submit your application.

Guys kapag ba ng.update ng EOI ma.change din ang date submitted? For example ng.submit ng February tapos ng.update ng March 1, so it is as if ng.submit on March 1? Given na the same points lang..

@hopeful_mea afaik, if the points are not affected, it won't change the date of effectivity.. Bakit, ano baguhin mo sis?

@se29m gumawa kasi ako ng bagong eoi pra mg.submit sa NT. All the while I thought it was the new account tapos nung sinubmit ko na, updated eoi ang sabi tsk. Yung first eoi ko pala yun, sa 189 and NSW ( Pero mabuti nman kng gnun, hndi mg.change ang effectivity.

@Megger For EOI you wont't need police clearance, need yung skills assessment and english language test. It's best to get the police clearance once you get the invite from au immig. @guenb thanks. Im in UAE I'll try to find the accredited clinics. How about the police clearances, is it required in EOI? So kailan nirerequire ito? Baka may taga UAE dito gaano katagal makakuha ng police clearance?

hello po. gandang umaga, seek nga po ako ng advise. isa po akong mechanical engineer, 5 months experience as quality control engineer at 2 years na ako dito sa company na pinapasukan ko ngaun as design engineer. mag tetake po ako IELTS exam ko by May. mag 25 po ako sa january 2017. nung kinompute ko po points ko as of now, if ever na makuha ko po highest points sa IELTS, makakakuha po ako ng 60 points, pero pag hindi po eh kukulangin po ako. ang tanong ko po eh magreresign na po ba ako sa company ko ngaun? or papaabutin ko ng tatlong taon, magtatatlong taon po ako sa october. sa total na years of working ko po kasama na dun ung una at pangalawang work. pero ala po akong COE sa unang work ko.. pangalawang tanong po eh aantayin ko pa po bang mag 25 ako bago po ako mag apply? salamat po sa pagtyagang sagutin ang aking katanungan.

@stewart kailangan mo ng ielts at mga employment documents para magpaassss sa EA. try mo muna kumuha ng ielts to see kung anong score mo at kung makuha mo ang 20 points ay ituloy mo skills assessment sa EA. pero kung hindi mo makuha ang 20 points ay paabutin mo sa 3 years ang experience mo at hintayin na maging 25 years old for additional points at saka ka magpasa ng skills assessment.

pearson PTE... pede daw pong pang halili sa IELTS? yun po kasi pinapatake sa akin nung nag pafree consultation na agency before. ayon po sa kanila, mas madali daw po kumuha ng mataas na score sa pearson PTE? ano po masasabi ninyo?

@stewart pte is not yet accepted sa ea.. Only ielts and toefl. Most of us here, ang ginawa is take ielts for ea assessment and then take pte academic for eoi lodgement to claim for points..

ahhhhh. ganun po ba? so magtetake muna ng IELTS. at kung nakatake ng IELTS at nakumpleto na po ung 60 points, ready for assessment na sa EA, at kung gusto pa pong paakyatin yung puntos para sa EOI, sa pearson naman po. ganun po?

@stewart hindi ka makapaglodge kung wala ka pa suitable assessment from ea.. So first step is ielts.. Kung makakuha ka ng band 8 sa lahat ng components, then you won't need to take pte acad for your points.. Ea requires to have a minimum of band 6 sa bawat component ng ielts for them to assess your application..

@stewart expenses are very subjective. assuming na ganito scenario mo:
1. 1 take of english exam 300-350aud
2. skills assessment 600-1200aud depends if mag fast track ka and i avail mo points advisory
3. visa itself 3600 aud if individual as of today
4. medicals around 100-200 aud again it depends din
5. miscellaneous expenses din like, ctc, police clearances among others..

okay sir. i prefer to do it myself kesa mag consultancy agency po ako. mas mapapamahal kasi pag andun. eh sabi naman po dito sa forum na to, kaya naman kahit di mag agency. hihingi nlng po ako ng gabay sa inyo. salamat po.

@stewart bata ka pa naman kaya pwedeng wag magmadali. pagaralan mong mabuti requirement ng EA for skill assessment para maihanda mo na mga ipapasa mo. after you reach 25 at submit na ng EOI. sa ngayon simulan mo na din magipon at hindi lang sa pagkakaroon ng visa grant matatapos ang gastos.

@engineer20 copy sir. sinisimulan ko na nga po mag ipon sir eh. target amount ko po atleast 300k sana. sisimulan ko po magprocess by January 2017, tamang tama, pasok na po ako sa 25 at sa 3 years of working experience. hopefully makapasok po ako.

Nag submit ako ng eoi last Feb tapos gumawa ako ng bago yun nsw ss.. naging updated eoi pero ang status Submitted.. ganun ba talaga yun?

Hi Everyone,

My husband is just starting with the process of migration in Australia as Facilities Manager. We have read that VETASSESS is the assessing body for this. In their requirements, they did not require to provide evidence of English language proficiency/ IELTS. How will that affect the point system or the application process? Is it possible that they will ask for the IELTS result afterwards?

@tiongson_valerie vetassess does not require english test result as requirement for skill assessment.
