Maraming bagay akong naexperienced sa pinas which makes me appreciate my life even more.

Halos2 araw may pwedeng gawin at pagkalibangan. Not perfect pero something that put smile on my face whenever naalala kong balikan ulit.

Di ko maexperience yan kung pinanganak ako sa 1st world countries and sobrang pampered ang buhay ko.

Well, proud ako without much reservations. Also, i can't please everybody and control they perceptions for thinking na panget, magulo at mahirap ang pinas, etc. At most, kaya ko lang kontrolin ang sarili ko at some extent yung pamilya ko na isabuhay ang magandang kulturang pinoy.

Proud.

Hehe

    etc etc

i know because inde ako masipag sa work, although in my profession I can do a 3 hour job into 1 hour .. like kayod ng 1 hour then petiks ng 2 hours ....

“Pride should be reserved for something you achieve or obtain on your own, not something that happens by accident of birth. Being Irish isn't a skill... it's a fucking genetic accident. You wouldn't say I'm proud to be 5'11"; I'm proud to have a pre-disposition for colon cancer.”

For me being born Filipino is a part of who I am, the same way that I am female, born with 1 pair of hands, legs, etc. I don't see the point of being proud or not proud of something that is my natural state of being. I mean I can change my passport but it doesn't change who I am.

I also don't peg people according to race, for example if someone is a hard worker I attribute it to the individual's character traits rather than his/her race and same when someone is a racist, that person just lacks common decency.
