@mistykring same here at first im eyeing on oet but its quite expensive . i was searching for a forum for some inputs about oet when I encountered this PTE. I hope we can get the require score so we can be in land down under soon

@mistykring at the moment trying to familiarize the format of the exam since its new to me. Once i feel ready to take then will schedule for it. Its so hard to review while working also as ofw. Anyway will ge thru with this.

FYI i took the ielts 4 times and not a able to get the required band score

Planning to take this exam next week. Yung kaibigan ko nakuha nya PTE-A L90 R83 S90 W 73 nagreview sya 2 days lang. @tobby I am a soon-to-be convert of PTE-A from IELTS-A as well.

Hi guys! I've been a silent reader and follower of this forum.. And yes, finally, i made it po!

After 2 takes ng IELTS and 5 takes ng PTE, nakuha ko n rin ang desired scores. I struggled so hard to get the required marks in Listening and Speaking.

I want to thank this forum, for inspiring me. Lalo n ung nakailang takes at d nag give up, at doon s mga nkpasa na ngsshare pa rin ng tips. This forum has been my source of motivation since i began taking english exams. Sa wakas, graduate n ako. haha

@mokong exactly.. self review will do. Actually if kung nakapag-IELTS ka na maybe a little adjustments lang ang needed. Although maraming exam types ang PTE but manageable naman sya to be honest. Wag ka lang talagang magpanic. Excited na ako sa exam ko sa Mar18.

baba tuloy scores ko tapos ung mic na gamit ko low class, haha
pero pag gamit ko naman phone ko para sa speech recognition , ayos naman lahat

@mokong...ay same tayo. last Sat lang din ako nagMock Test. As in parang nashock ako sa bilis ng transition ng exam. tapos gamit ko lang din iphone na headset. am not sure if nakaaffect ba sa scoring ng speaking ko yun. But somehow nagsink na rin naman sa akin na manageable tlaga sya pwera lang if magmental block ka. Naging effective na sa akin ngayon ung sa repeat sentence ung isulat ko ug first letter ng word. Nakuha ko sya na technique sa blog ni DylanAung. Halimbawa, "The dissertation will be submitted by next friday the latest. " Ang ginagawa ko sinusulat ko ang T D W B S B N F T L. hehehe.

Guys, how did u know your test results? Did they email it to you or did u check on the website? Im a bit anxious here, just took the exam this morning.
