Assessment for IT professional working in a call center instead

Hello po sa inyong lahat,

Whoever here has the same dilemma as this.. IT graduate po yong kapatid ko pero yong experiences niya is from a call center, yong mga tumatanggap talaga ng mga calls.. may nakapagtry na po ba dito magpaassess na may ganitong situation din? Anong nominated skill kaya dapat kunin niya? At saang assessment authority po? ACS bah?

Paadvise nmn po kung anong dapat gawin..

nominate a skill related to call center (check if its in the SOL/CSOL) because he needs a work experience related to that skill to get a positive skills assessment. if he/she dont have a work experience related to IT, definitely negative ang assessment because assessing bodies requires min number of years experience to be considered skilled. If your degree is not related to the nominated occupation, there's also a minimum number of years work experience required to compensate for the degree. the assessing body can be checked in the SOL/CSOL
