I suggested smiling while speaking kasi nakakareduce ng tension when you feel light and you will sound natural. Kapag kasi monotone ang voice as I checked sa online speech checker na ginamit ko, I sounded like a robot kaya scores will be affected.

I agree! In my case, I just couldn't remember whether I was smiling or not. Basta ganito ka mag-basa parang sa picture na naka-attach ayos yang result mo.

@engineer20, ah okay, kala ko strict sila dun. Mag pte ako on monday sana maabot ko na ung 79 all bands para mkpagsubmit na ako EOI at makasama na ako sa april batch

ung first take ko kasi hndi ko alam na may ganitong forum and after reading everything from page1, mas confident na ako kung anong mga dapat gawin esp. having templates. Sana effective.

Saka ask ko lang sa iba if may nakakaalam

Kasi may friend ako sabi nya, she finished her IT course in Australia for 2 years and she finished again another course which is accounting in 2 years in Australia.
Pasok din ba sa Qualifications pag pina assess nya yung Diploma in accounting at papatak yung qualifications nya for 10 points? And additional study in Australia for 2 years which is equal to 5 points yung IT?

@iam_juju master haha, big thanks in mentoring me. Close ang mock test score ko sa actual test (70 vs 71). Basta, makakatulog na rin ako smiling kasi next na invite to 189 visa this april. Yaan mo, pag its your turn to lodge, ba bawi din ako sa pag guide ng steps until visa grant ka na. Ano ba gusto mo reward? Ha ha..

Hi sa mga nakapag actual exam na, may question lang ako.

Papaano ba ang timing ng exam? kagaya ba sya ng online mock test? or katulad ba nung sa offline mock test software?

I'm asking because in the actual exam, I'm planning to spend more time (spending more than the alloted time) sa writing to proofread. Napansin ko kasi based on my mock exam na mejo kulang ang time ko for proofreading, tapos sobra sobra naman ang natitirang time ko for Reading and Listening. Baka pwedeng gamitin ko ung excess time in these areas and spend it on writing instead.

Hope someone can clarify.. thanks!

@rich88 yung time po sa writing exact lang sya talaga 10 min/ summarize written text & 20 min / essay., kapag natapos na yung time di ka na makakapagtype or makakapag-edit.. Based on my experience sa essay part nung mga 5 minutes na lang, naggawa na kaagad ako ng conclusion & nagproofread kahit kulang pa yung words ko.. 175 words lang po yung sa essay ko but I still got 82 in writing..

Bale ang exact format is pag summarize written text, 10 mins lang tlaga ang bibigay sayo. Tapos pag pinindot mo na yung next at napunta ka na sa essay part, saktong 20 mins lang talaga ang alloted. Tama ba pagkakaintindi ko?

took my 2nd pte test pero sablay padin sa speaking, nadali ulit ako ng pronunciation, hayyysss... anyways, guys anu diskarte nyo sa 25 secs na preparation time sa describe image? ina analyze nyo ba then nagsusulat kyo sa pad nyo or diretso speak na after nyo i-analyze? dun kasi ako nagkaka problema, kulang ung 25 secs sakin para i-analyze plus magsulat ng notes, di ko natatapos un notes kadalasan, tendency is natetense ako pag magssimula nako mag speak, kaya nagssuffer un fluency. sana po ay matulungan nyo ko, salamats!!

@paw07 gumagamit ka ba ng template sa describe image? kasi pag template gamit mo kailangan mo lang kunin yung mga data na ilalagay mo sa blanks ng template.

Good morning po. Meron po ba dito pwede magbigay ng sample nyo ng audio on how you speak po like sa read aloud and re-tell lecture? Para po sana may idea kami on how fast and tone of voice lalo na po sa mga mataas nakuha score nila sa speaking please? Speaking part po kasi problem ko thank you.

@Trish1208 kauuwi lamg namin sis galing melbourne at adelaide. Nanjan na lahat inlaws ko. Husband ko primary applicant, 190 sana sa SA, nkapagpaassess na din. Kakatapos lang PTE nya today. Hopefully maging ok result pra makapag EOI na, naka-chain migration siya kse special condition un occupation nya. Nurse din ako, gsto ko sana dn aral jan kaso my baby ako. Iln years ba dpt aral uli pra mkpgNurse din jan?

@admt2016 Pwede naman pagdating mo dito aral ka na kaagad. kaso sa rule ng Ahpra need mo ng at least 5 years study dito sa Australia or sa ibang English countries... may mga list of countries na accepted nila pero hindi kasama ang Philippines, I've finished my nursing degree for 2 years but counted as 3 years dito sa NSW kaya I still need 2-year equivalent study para makumpleto ung 5 years requirement...but I don't want to do that long pathway...so i've decided to do English test instead...ito nga waiting pa rin for the result ng PTE-A...

@admt2016 nakalagay po sa website nila eh within 5 days.. My husband took the exam last last tuesday and we're still waiting for his result.. Pero yung iba the next day meron na kaagad..

@Trish1208 Sana nga meron na hanggang mamaya., mas lalo nakakakaba yung ganito.. Nurse ka din pala., RN din kami pareho ni hubby, mag-apply pa lang kami sa AHPRA & bridging course., pero baka sya na muna mauna kung makuha na nya ung all 65.. Magretake pa ako ng pte, kinulang sa speaking..
