@Trish1208 Wala pa din result.., nag-email na ako sa pearson pero wala pa reply.. Nagchat din kami kanina & we still got the same answer which is to wait for 24-48 hours.. Sa FB account din nila nagmessage ako, still no reply.. Nakakadisappoint lang..

@marzky Oo nga ako rin ganon. nag email na rin ako sa customer support, call them 2-3x a day same answer... so disappointing.

I just took my exam earlier, I was caught off guard sa part na Answer Short Questions. Dun sa exam ko may mga graphs and tables na, at dun ka kukuha ng sagot.

Nagulat lang ako kasi sa mcmillan, offline mock exam, online mock exams walang ganon.

@sc_march bro hindi sya additional category. Diba sa mga mock tests online/offline, ang answer short questions eh audio lang tapos may tanong? Dun sa exam ko kanina may graph at table pa at dun mo hahanapin yung sagot. So hindi na lang sya based sa stock knowledge.

Akala ko nga describe image pa rin eh, napa "WTF" nga ako kanina eh pero kalma lang talaga at sinagot ko nlng.

Also, dun sa exam ko may mga sections na hindi sumunod sa chronological order. For example, sa reading dapat una ang multiple choice, single answer followed by multiple choice multiple answers. Sa exam ko, nauna ang fill in the blanks. So kahit na memorize mo na yung format, importanteng basahin mo pa rin yung instructions at wag magpadalos dalos.

@rich88 thanks for the clarification. Uu so far, ganon lang yung narereview ko sa answer short questions. Wala pa rin ako naencounter na my graphs or diagrams sa any review materials na nakita ko.

Hahaha kung ako din un, malamang mapasabi din ako nyan tapos wala na, lost na..tama ka dapat pala read instructions carefully. Salamat dito! Goodluck sa result mo! Sana makuha mo desired scores mo para next step na.

Hi @Trish1208, same din naexperience namin ni @kymme sayo na matagal lumabas ung results. Ung sakanya ay error tapos ang sakin technical issues daw. Hndi nman yan madedelay kung walang issue e pero sana maayos nila yung sayo. Ganun dn sinasabi sa amin everytime magfollow up. Wait daw for another 24-48hrs. Just pray na maging ok ang sayo at hindi matulad samin. Nawalan na ako ng tiwala sa pte e. Sana maayos na nila ung systems nila para wala nang makaexperience ng tulad ng samin. All the best.

@admt2016 @Trish1208 Tama. Pray lang tayo sa positive result at wala sanang technical issues.. We even contact the test center (trident) but they said naforward na nila sa pearson kaya hindi din nila alam yung sa releasing ng result., may nagreply sa email namin ngayon ang reply wait daw for additional 3-5 days..

@eun08, salamat sa suporta. Gagawin namin yang 'synonym' technique.

@altuser41 i think i can relate to your wife. I dont have lisps but i do have impaired hearing problems since childhood. And it affected my speech particularly the pronunciation. Ung 's' ko sounds like 'sh'. And when i used the voice to text tool andami p palang speech sounds ko n d mrecognized ng tama.

My speaking score nung first take ng pte is 53. My pronunciation is 47, oral fluency is 66. Actually the lowest score i got was 37 for speaking, that was during my 2nd take.

What i did is I used the template posted by members here. Then i tried if mrecognize sya ng voice to text tool. Ung mga words n d nya mkuha ng tama, pinpalitan ko ng synonyms n marerecognize nya pag sinabi ko. Like for example, ung word the 'projected' ncacapture nya lage as 'protected' sken, so pinlitan ko sya ng 'shown'. Ung 'accurate', pinlitan ko ng 'explicit'. Then yun nga, practice and more practice pa. Yung revised template n yun ang ginamit ko s describe image at s retell lecture. Pra konti n lng yung idadagdag ko.

My speaking score improved to 70, 75 for oral fluency and 58 for pronunciation.

I took PTE five times. I actually thought mas madami pang beses, dahil nga dalawa ung skills n need ko pagtuunan ng pansin. Basta, don't give up. Practice, persistence and prayers will help her get the required scores. Hope this could help.

I wasn't able to update you guys of my result. Medyo kinimkim ko pa ng sakit. lol. Saklap ng result. Sumablay ako sa speaking part. W75, R71, L70, S59. To be honest manageable naman talaga yung exam. Kaso lang talaga di ko na-anticipate yong ingay as in sobrang ingay pala ng testing room during speaking exam. Sobra akong nadisctract sa katabi ko. As in parang ang naririnig ko na sound ay yong sa katabi ko instead na sa computer. lol. But then again, my motto is "no retreat no surrender'. Take another PTE Exam. hehehe.
