@pedrosg bakit di mo subukan inform DIBP na pregnant ang wife mo at expected delivery date ay end of May para mahold muna processing ng visa app nyo until makapanganak misis mo. pag nagrant kasi visa nyo before siya manganak kailangan mo magapply ng child visa na mas matagal ang process. pag hold muna visa app at nanganak na si misis pwede nyo add si baby free of charge at kasabay nyo sa grant.

@prcand Paano? Base kasi sa nabasa ko, baby will follow the status of parents, so kung both kmi PR, PR lang din si baby. Unless na may isang AU citizen sa parent, pde na siya instant OZ na. hehe

@engineer20 How to inform them? Ang nakita ko lang kc is ung form 1022 to inform them once the baby is born in between the application. Pwede ko din bang gamitin ung same form para sa paginform sila or different process?

Actually, inaantay ko ung email from CO para maclarify ko ung process. Hindi ko pa naman nasusubmit ung ibang docs, so malabo pa ako ma-direct grant.
Another option is to delay the submission of docs? ok lang kaya un? pero mas safer is to inform them para ma-hold nga ung application.

Halo po may itatanong lang po sana. Hope meron d2 sa inyo makapag-advice.
1. Kelangan ba magsubmit ng Form 80 sa paglodge ng visa kahit hindi hinihingi? Nakita ko lang kasi Form 1221 recommended for my husband. Bat yung Form 80 wlang naka indicate dun.
2. NSW 190 visa po nilodge namin. Apparently inofferan ako ng temp job (same job) for 8 months ng current employer sa ofc namin sa Brisbane as reliever ng magmamaternity leave. With that offer, kelangan ko ba tong ideclare sa visa lodging namin?
3. When po ba normally pinapadala yung referral letter to get COC (Sg based)? Do we have to wait for the CO?

@xteen091 kakakuha ko lng ng COC nung MAR24, letter of acknowledgement from IMMI lang pinakita ko to request for SG COC, No need to wait for the CO.
Back-read ka sa thread na to, marami ngshare ng experience regarding sa pagkuha ng SG COC.

1. Based lang po sakin, pinadala ng CO ang Form 80 non nag make contact sila.
3. Kumuha ako ng COC after ko makuha ang invitation kasi mga 1 week din sya marelease.
Also, hihingin din ung ng CO when they make contact. They will asked for NBI, Medical and COsg if wala ka pa na upload, while they are reviewing your application.

Mga Kapatid, nag make contact po ang CO non 30 March 2016 and pinag susubmit ako ng Form 80. Madugo pla kasi mahaba sya, 16 pages. Then another sheet to write all my travels/residency for 10 years.
Kinakabahan na ako. Sana all is good. Kasi ung iba na babasa direct grant. Ganito kaya talga pag Subclass 489? BTW sa NT po ang nag lodge.

Hi everyone, may nakagawa na ba ng 2 separate EOIs for 190?

I'm planning to submit 1 EOI for VIC, and 1 for SS.

Sa VIC SS kasi, tinatanong kung may iba pa bang application sa ibang state.. I'm just worried baka may implications pag nag apply ako sa NSW.

Hope someone can advise.. Thanks!

@archbunki. Diba ang form 80 ay 18 pages? Sobrang dugo niyan, kasi kami nakailang print at check kami para mafinalise yung details na ilalagay namin.
